All great when selling you things but when there are problems they are no help. Late delivery on our order and then it was only partially delivered - so now we have half a bed and no delivery date arranged. Would not recommend at all

Awful Customer Service
Awful - absolutely no customer service. Issue still not resolved.
We ordered a bed which was due to be delivered in mid-June. On the delivery day, the driver said he didn't have all the parts and took the items back.
There have been mixed messages from NCF and their delivery partner ever since. NCF have told us that all items are with the delivery company and they have tried to contact us to arrange delivery which is not true. Nobody has bothered to contact us with any updates at all despite repeatedly being told someone will come back to us.
It seems as if nobody has a clue where the bed is and care even less where the bed is.
