I purchased a Bed frame and Mattress from NCF Derby, when choosing the Bed my partner and I were telling the sales person that we were concerned that the 6ft bed might not fit into our property, he promised us that the bed all comes apart and the Mattress is all rolled up and not to worry as he guaranteed this bed would fit in any property. The Bed did not fit. NCF has now refused to return my £180 deposit. Please be careful and do not listen to the under hand sales techniques just to sell a product.

As soon as I walked into this store I felt comfortable. No cheesy chat that you normally get as soon as you put your foot through the door.
Gary was helpful in choosing the correct sofa for me.
After a short time, he made me a cup of tea whilst I got comfortable sitting on the one I'd chosen.
Gary is an asset to this company.

Absolutely horrendous company.

Placed an order with my mum in March for a sofa and new bed. Nothing customised all ready made stock at NCF in Rugby.

Everything could be delivered straight away apart from the mattress which they said would come in May due to not being available. If we wanted part the goods then and part in May we would have to pay a double delivery charge which we didn’t want to do so agreed all come at once at end of May or early June.

Mid June still not had any contact from the company.

Went back to the store to find out what’s going on and they confirmed all the stock is available and that someone will contact my mum Monday.

Another two weeks has passed and still nothing.

Raised my concerns via the website and got a response on 30th June from Aaron L stating goods are in stock, everything is paid and would request the transport department to arrange delivery.

Still nothing and my mum has had enough and wants a full refund which I requested a cancellation of the order to Aaron on the 7th July and refund of all funds, which he responded saying goods have been collected and needs scanning then someone will be in contact ignoring our request to cancel the order now. Responded back saying as to the email we want to cancel as no longer interested.

We are now on the 10th still had no confirmation of cancellation and full refund of funds. Another email sent chasing this up.

We are absolutely baffled by this company, all ready made stock ordered nothing customised, all there to be delivered for over a month yet don’t want to deliver everything we have paid for including delivery.

If no response has been given promptly, would have no choice but to make my frustrations know in the store in Rugby!

Would strongly suggest keeping away from this company as to us they seem completely dodgy!

This company is owned by a Muslim man they are helpful and lovely when selling you the goods, but if there is a fault when the delivery men bring it into your home do not sign make them take it back there and then and take photos of the fault and the delivery men taking it back , the delivery men lie
You will have hell on your hands with this company , how other companies have good after sales like Oakland furniture , IKEA, next , etc these do not they have no after care the sales team keep sending you a ticket when you email and they do nothing .
BE WARNED . BE WARNED YOU ARE ENTERING INTO STRESS !!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience at the shop in Uddingston. I was feeling very overwhelmed with getting a new house and getting everything organized but Csilla has made this so much more relaxing, can't thank her enough for her knowledgeable service. Getting a new sofa couldn't been easier. Great selection on display. Highly recommend !

Worst company ever , no customer service , staff are rude we had a nightmare with delivery, we had to contact ceo of the company to get anywere, my friend has had a even worst experience with them faulty goods sent back they have now got there furniture back and months later she is still fighting for a refund !!! Highly recommend AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Avoid! Avoid! If I could give no stars I would’ve! Bought sofa and chair August last year within 3 weeks the colour faded . To cut a long story short after months they agreed to collect furniture and refund my money. They collected the furniture four weeks ago and I still have no refund. It’s excuse after excuse with them! They have my money and my furniture!! Now taking further action . So be forewarned if there’s anything wrong with what you buy you’ll have a battle on your hands. Just shop elsewhere.
