I ordered a 2 seater couch in…
I ordered a 2 seater couch in October.delivery was Jan 2026. Couch arrived 14. Feb.delivery men where to set up the couch..but couldn't because the wrong adaptor (European plug.no use in GB.company still haven't sorted it.its now mid March and still waiting on a reply to my emails? You can't phone them ?there's no number to. Call ?.the deal was delivery and set up by delivery men.? £90 I paid and they have not kept their side of the deal ??. Give NCF.FURNITURE.UDINGSTON.GLASGOW
..p.s couch needs 2 power points. Came with 1 British plug.and 1 European plug?

Liam at the Uddingston store was a great salesperson he was very attentive without being too pushy although we did end up over our budget by £1000.00 and bought a care plan, however we are delighted with choice and look forward to delivery.
He was very informative and patient explaining all suites perfectly.
