Great service today with advisor Humaira in the merry hill store. Found a lovely corner sofa with great discount. I didn't feel pressured to buy which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Shocking customer services experience so far. After an initially okay sales experience with Leanne, it's been an absolute nightmare. The issues I have dealt with since by using NCF living:

- Having to drive to the outlet store to process payments, because they have no facility to process card payments over the phone or online after a deposit has been made (this is 2026, guys). Not convenient for those of us who work full time.

- Poor communication with delivery.

- the sofa arrived damaged, and I am yet to hear back from customer services after emailing two weeks ago now. Feels like after my initial queries I'm getting ignored. I was told to send a fabric sample to the suppliers (the people who make the sofa... 🤔), but I can not see a fabric sample attached to the sofa.

- Offered an insulting £50 to accept the condition of the damaged sofa (which I am not doing)

- Hour-long wait times to hold over the phone when querying why I haven't been responded to for a over a week, was told my complaint would be escalated and have heard absolutely nothing since.

I'm honestly absolutely awestruck at how bad the customer service has been throughout. I would recommend anyone avoid this company - outside the premises dealing with them has felt similar like dealing with cowboy builders. Impossible to contact and flat out ignore you once they take your money.

Richard at NCF Living Edinburgh has been absolutely brilliant. He took the time to walk us through the contract and policies, making sure we read and understood everything before buying.

He also encouraged us to lie down and properly try the mattress, giving us plenty of time to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our choice—even while he talked us through the sale!

Thorough, patient and helpful from start to finish. A great experience, and Richard deserves full credit. Highly recommended!

After looking at most of the sofas in the north east we found exactly what we wanted at NCF, Cathy helped us with our purchase and was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Made our choice an easy one and great to deal with!

Michael@leeds was so helpful, we bought a corner sofa bed and the sale was so easy and stress free, we knew in an instant we wanted to purchase, he knew everything about the product and we were even able to bring our Little dog in too, she got lots of attention. Would definitely recommend, great store and reasonable prices.

I originally gave the store a 5 star review because the staff in store were amazing. What's not amazing is wrong furniture turning up weeks late, lack of communication and still 2 months later nothing has been resolved. I am constantly chasing this with no response. No one ever answers the phone either and after 15mins you get the phone put down on you.

Anisha was lovely and very helpful. She was also quick and efficient.
