Jason at Chester was very friendly and knowledgeable about the range of sofas available. He wasn’t in any way pushy, there when we needed him but I didn’t feel like he was pressurising us into a sale. All in all a great experience and I can’t wait to get our new sofa!

Sofa purchase
Wanted some sofas for our house and was dealt with by Brian. A true gentleman and very helpful and soft spoken human being. Answered all our questions and concerns with pride and dignity. Helped us in choosing our dream sofas. Brian made sure we was at ease and not pressurised in to doing anything hastily. He gave us our space when we needed it and helped out when we asked for it.
