TK at Highgate was patient and helpful in helping me select my chair.

Lewis was fantastic from start to finish! We spent the morning looking at sofas, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout. After going home to make a decision, I came back later the same day to complete the purchase, and Lewis made the whole process smooth and easy.

He was genuinely helpful and never pushy — I’d definitely recommend seeking him out if you’re browsing in store!

Went into NCF Highgate and was served by Aaron. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Made my visit a pleasure and really supported in answering all the questions and worry I had. Absolute credit to the company and would definately recommend talking to him for any furniture needs.

TK at the Highgate branch was incredible, he helped me pick out a sofa and made sure we knew the measurements so that it could fit into our lounge. I had my daughter with me and he was brilliant with her, even had a toy to keep her busy whilst we did the paperwork! Very pleased with the service here!

Ordered dining table and chairs for delivery and assembly on the 1st May with a guarantee of goods receipt in 7-10 days. On the 11th May goods turned up incomplete without screws so had to refuse. It took 5 days for NCF to raise another order and 7 days in total to handover goods to a third party courier even though I was stressing how urgent the delivery was. I am now left with no table and chairs for a huge party for my daughter's 16th. Customer service has been atrocious and rude and put the phone down on me twice as they refuse to listen and are on repeat mode of what seems reading off a handbook. I actually spoke to their 3rd party carrier Furdeco and after getting further information rang NCF to advise them to what they said that would rush my delivery, however the lady cut me off and talked over me and refused to listen to me and was rude and obnoxious and put the phone down on me. Never again will I buy from NCF and I will discourage all family and friends not to.
The fault lay with NCF and they refused to do anything to help me or urgently rectify their mistake.

We recently visited NCF Living while looking for ideas for our new property, and we had a really positive experience thanks to Usman at Highgate. What stood out the most was how respectful and professional he was from the beginning. He approached us kindly, gave us plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and never once made us feel pressured or chased around the showroom.

We visited a few other places where sales staff constantly followed us, which honestly made the experience uncomfortable. At NCF Living, it felt completely different — relaxed, welcoming, and professional. Because of Usman’s approach and the friendly atmosphere from the team, we will definitely be coming back. It’s clear they have some very professional and customer-focused staff members. Highly Recommended

Usman was amazing at sorting our sofa, was really helpful and kind.
We couldnt visualise a sofa so he and a colleague removed one of the modules for us. Showed us a range of sofas that fit our requirement.
Wr have made a purchase, the prices at this store are amazing and the sofa range is great too. Better than dfs for sure. Would recommend 10/10

We recently visited ncf birmingham looking for a new sofa from the time we entered we were treated with respect and professionalism by the staff who were very knowledgeable and informative about their sofas listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction to what we needed Aaron was a pleasure to deal with and talk to can’t thank him enough for helping us
