Further to my one star rating on 22nd July - below, we are still without a sofa. Nobody can give me a delivery time or an idea when the sofa will be available. The sofa arrived without a leg. It shouldn't have been too difficult to fix. Ive asked about repairing the original, but received no reply. I was told 27th July the sofa would be "in stock". As of today it still isnt "available". I NEVER write reviews, but feel compelled to warn people about the customer service. Interesting that most reviews seem to be written soon after a store visit!

I have had phone calls that have promised a call back but to no avail. Emails not responded to. What is further frustrating, is that it still has the sofa online showing a 7 day delivery!!! We ordered this sofa on 19th June. Its been nearly six weeks for a product that says 7 days delivery. So poor.

(Initial purchase in store was fine.
Multiple calls to arrange delivery resulted in different explanations from staff.
Paid for split delivery as main item was “in stock”. Took much longer than declared.
Finally arrived and was damaged. Sent back. )

Very big showroom with nice furniture in Cardiff. Andy was really pleasant and helpful during our purchase of a new sofa.

8 weeks waiting on a delivery, arrives damaged, staff unhelpful and snippy . 3 weeks since customer service stopped replying to my emails.

Will be delivering a 1 star review each day until I get a reply to my emails

Just purchased 2 sofas from the Manchester store with the help of Tristan who was very patient from start to finish. Due to a couple of obstacles on my part (customer) it wasn’t straightforward but Tristan remained cool and helpful. Would recommend 👍

Great customer service. Knew his stuff and answered every question without needing to think.
Unfortunately i’m buying a sofa, and sofas aren’t something to buy every week or month so I won’t enjoy such great experience again in a while!

Jackie in the Leeds shop was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a really great reclining sofa and made sure we was happy with the colour and material, we also took the stain guard option to cover us for years to come.

We was greeted by holden at the hull store . Answered all my questions and directed me straight to the sofa I had explained and was happy to go for .. it has taken me ages to find a sofa I actually like .
Holden explained us through the whole process and set up which was very handy .

I recently purchased a few pieces of furniture from the Swansea branch and felt it was necessary to right a review. I went in a few times to solidify my decision on which furniture to get and the staff were brilliant. Jon was immensely helpful and gave great advice and was very easy to chat with. He made the whole purchase simple and was happy to answer any questions. He went above and beyond and really helped make the experience good.

Amazing service from Mark at the Manchester branch! Really attentive and patient with us while we were shopping around for sofas over a couple of weeks. Really lovely guy, made both of us feel very comfortable! Really happy with our purchase!

Brendan at NCF Paisley was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. He gave space when needed but was on hand to answer all our questions making the purchase so easy and pleasant.

We were in today and the service from Bradley @ uddingston was fantastic.
He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
This made us decide to buy from this branch due to Bradley as we had been in 8 sofa stores , he made it all effortless .
