Originally ordered the hoodie and stalwart pants. Exchanged both for different sizes. Great. Second shipment comes in. Hoodie is ok. The armor on one side tends to move around a lot more than the other arm. The quality feels good. The pants… not so much. #1 the sizing is still not great. #2 and most importantly, the right side knee pocket is stitched on the backside of the knee. After reading reviews I’m not the only one. Apparently it’s an on going flaw that still hasn’t been resolved.
Customer service was great the first go around. Now my mind has changed. After reaching out THREE separate times about the pants, still no word back from the company. Also for the bundle I ordered, it went on sale for hundreds of dollars less than what I paid before I even got a chance to ride in my new gear. So wait for deals.
Clothing looks great. Would be cautious of buying.

I had an issue with the V1 license to ride pants that I had for a while and they were out of warranty so I sent a message about what happened to Nicholas at NBT and told him what was wrong. You can see my complaint a few messages down ⬇️ He contacted be and sent the V2 LTR pants no charge. Personally I liked the V1's better, however, him doing that has made me a customer for life. I bought Stalwart straight leg jeans for casual days and I really like that pair. I haven't had an issue with either and I ride a lot. If anyone is on the fence about NBT don't be they are a good company and will help you out if needed. I will be buying more.

Customer service did go above and beyond to help me fix an ordering issue I had.
But…
The riding jeans I bought on Final Sale last month, I have a major issue with. I wore them for the 3rd time today, and both sides on my inner thigh area have holes and have busted open. I thought they fit great, and have never had a pair of pants do this before. Glad I didn’t pay full price, but yeah… this definitely wouldn’t have protected me in crash!

I sent a pair of damaged jeans back for replacement through warranty. They sent me a shipping label. I sent the pants back and have never heard word since and it’s been three weeks.
Guess I’m just out a pair of pants and 300 bucks

Placed a bundle order and only half of my order showed up. Getting in touch with someone at NBT is a pain in the a**.

for the price these pants cost I thought they would hold up better then what they did. First the waist snap button falls off then they started to rip and tear in spots just from riding. I can only imagine what would happen if I went down in them.

I just received my Stalwart straight leg jeans 2.0. I was going out for a ride so I decided to try them out. I put the protective pads into my pants and when I put them on the right leg knee pad was behind my knee. I have looked several times and see no way of fixing this issue. where is quality control?
Just a follow up. customer service was great and they sent me a new pair very quickly. Unfortunately they were way to long. the tag says 36 x 30 but they are closer to 36 x 34. so back to my question of quality control

I’ve been getting ads for NBT for a long time and finally saw their product in person as an event. Owner Nick was there, super nice dude — told me about their history and had just launched all rated gear. I bought the hoodie and I love it. Perfect for riding around town.

NBT Clothing has been a game changer to riding! Not only am I protected while riding but look cool doing it. Hop off the bike for lunch with my buddies I look like I’m in normal clothes. I had a question about sizing and customer service was great with helping me. I highly recommend giving this brand a try. From my research being CE certified there prices are pretty dam solid!

I saw they were sponsoring one of my favorite YouTube motorcycle bloggers AND they were having a B.O.G.O. sale, so I decided to give it a go, I recieved an almost instant order confirmation e- mail, a thank you message from them with a 15% affiliate code and the jeans arrived on my doorstep in 4 days!!! I am NOT an employee or personal friend of the owner of NBT, just a satisfied and very impressed customer!

NBT Clothing sells knockoffs and is not safe for motorcycle riding. Save your money and buy from many other reputable motorcycle clothing manufacturers.

It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order with NBT. They supposedly have "5-8 day shipping" but its been almost a month now and I still haven't received any sort of confirmation email saying my order has been shipped. On top of that, I'm unable to reach anyone at the company. I've called and left voicemails, I've emailed, I've even used their websites chat feature and haven't heard a whisper from them. So not only am I completely in the dark about when or if I'll ever be getting my order, but I can't even contact them to cancel it and get my money back. Steer clear of NBT Clothing.

I’m not sure if this a real business anymore. They won’t return my emails or phone calls and no one on there chat line is there. Bought a pair of gloves which never came . They said it was due to high volume it was taking longer to get the out the door. When I asked if they even had them in stock or if were they waiting for them to come in from china, no answer. There web site says waiting for carrier pick up for several days. I’m trying now to cancel this order but no one answers. My suggestion is run like hell and shop elsewhere,
