Brilliant shop and fantastic staff
Having looked everywhere for an equine shop, we stumbled across Naylors. So glad we did! Pip was absolutely fantastic: she was so patient with our daughter and so thorough in her provision of the correct riding hat to suit her needs. Despite her shift finishing, Pip stayed with us, trying on numerous hats to ensure the right fit. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we weren’t rushed in any way, despite it being closing time when we left. Highly recommend this shop.

Vert friendly and helpful memeber of staff.
I needed some supplements and Bev was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products, ensuring I chose the most appropriate one. She also advised me on some clothing items and is a very good sales woman!! It's a much better experience when staff are so friendly.

Really friendly and helpful staff
Really friendly and helpful staff, offered to hold my friends little dog for me while I tried on clothes and then held her for me for ages while I was indecisive about riding tights, trying on one million pairs! 😂 she had a whale of a time destroying a tennis ball with the lovely lady, think it was the highlight of her day!! The lady said it was the highlight of hers too 🥰 made my life so much easier trying clothes on and found a pair of riding tights that matched what I needed :-)

Service staff
Our experience was great in Cannock,went in yesterday to mainly look for a body protector , the staff was limited but worked super hard to get to each customer , Pip really helped me with my fittings and was super helpful as we did struggle to find the right one that fit , got it in the end , secondly Kelly was also brilliant with her great advice with rugs and sizes , super helpful , we are always happy when we leave , great service and great staff couldnt ask for more

Brilliant experience.
I went to Naylors for a new hat and body protector.
The staff we very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in assisting me find the correct fit.

Fantastic visit
We came into store looking for yard boots and had a great time! Pip, the store assistant, was fantastic. She knew which range of boot would be good for my teenager (womans foot size but child leg height). Pip was knowledgable and extremely helpful. She found not only yard boots but also new riding boots and chaps which fitted like a glove. We will certainly be back to Naylors! Thank you so much!

Staff not knowing consumer law
In July I bought an expensive pair of Ariat boots that were supposed to be waterproof . After 6 weeks they were leaking . I took them back to Naylors with box and receipt. A sales lady asked me if I had contacted Ariat about this matter , I said no as my gripe is with them as retailers not Ariat . She went to talk to her supervisor and came back and told me ‘ as a favour ‘ and against their policy of 28 days , she would refund my money .
This is only if I changed my mind , not if the goods weren’t of merchantable quality
If I had been a timid person I would have gone away with leaky boots and out of pocket by £145 , luckily I’m not . I got a refund and bought some other boots
Is this poor staff training or company policy to give incorrect information to customers ?

All potential faulty claims raised to us online and in store should certainly be investigated with the products warranty period in consideration.

Just had the best shopping experience of my life at Naylors thanks to Pip (the shop assistant). Taking two horse mad girls is never easy, but she was patient, attentive and responded fantastically to the numerous request made by us. The range was good and both girls got everything they went for. A huge thank you to Pip and the staff team. Will definitely be returning!
