Purchased a walking stick for my father on 13th September 2026. It’s now October 1st and still not received it. I’ve used the tracking number, it should have been delivered by Sept 30th latest but the tracking has not updated since 22nd Sept. I’ve emailed to complain, I had a reply 4 days ago saying a team manager will look into it, and still no updates! Extremely poor customer services and no updates on progress. A full refund should be issued under the circumstances!

It arrived on time and the batteries were not supplied that would of helped

All arrived in tact but took a while. I am happy with my order. Was not sure when I began that it was in US Dollars. I must have missed that earlier. JH

Best walking stick ever good service

The walking stick that I ordered for my husband was delivered promptly on time, was well packaged and he finds the extra support handle very useful to help him rise from a sitting position as he suffers with arthritis in his knees. It took him a little while to get used to a bigger base pad than he was used to, the only thing he finds irritating is, at times, he switches the light on or sets the alarm off without realising it when his hand is holding the handle, but I guess that's just learning how to hold the handle as it is a different shape to his previous walking stick. He lost that one by leaving it on a bus, sadly it was not handed in, so the handle to attach it to his wrist is very useful.

The item we bought turned out to be unsuitable for my husband's particular difficulties. Naxir understood this straight away. They responded and solved the situation on the same day even though it was the weekend. That is what I call excellent service.

I had just purchased a Naxir Stand Alone, which when it arrived it was too tall for me. I'm only 4'7" and this just wouldn't work for me. I then got an email introducing an option to obtain a "short" stand alone. Unfortunately, the short one was for 4'10"and taller. I contacted their customer service and explained by situation. They offered me the option of keeping what I had already purchased and receive a partial refund, which I was more than happy accepting. Now I can gift the one I purchased to a friend or family member who could definitely use it.

I don't generally write one-star reviews. Things aren't usually that bad. I'll make an exception in this case. I purchased a StandSecure Cane from Naxir after seeing their ad on Facebook. Unfortunately, the promotion was better than the product. The cane simply isn't built very well. I'd call it, rickety. I didn't feel well supported while walking. It snapped and creaked as I walked with it. Then, shortly after I started using it, the rubber foot fell off. I tried to put it back together, and even got my capable son to help out. To no avail. The way it was constructed, we were unable to put it back together. With all of these problems, I sent an email to Naxir asking for a refund. The customer service rep said he would need to forward it to another department for consideration. Never heard a word after that, even after I sent numerous emails requesting assistance. The silence is deafening. Not a word about my refund, even though their printed advertising touts their 60 day money-back guarantee. Don't you believe it. I finally had to order a solid wooden cane from another company. You would be wise to spend your money elsewhere instead of buying from Naxir. They do not stand behind their flimsy product and deceitful guarantee.

Being 4' 10" I was very happy to see that you now offer a cane to fit my needs. Then I encountered an issue with the online ordering system and my order would not process. After several emails with your company you were able to place the order for me. I am very greatfull for your timely assistance with this issue. There is still good customer service out there. Thank you for proving that.

The company had an eye catching and informative video on Instagram. It claimed to solve the problem of arthritis sufferers with weakened joints finding difficulty standing up from a sitting position. Unfortunately I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and it didn’t work for me.

They responded immediately when I wrote to them that the cane did not work for what I needed; however, the company offered me a partial refund.
