Excellent service. The first product had a faulty lamp and was replaced without any fuss when this was brought to the attention of Naxir. The replacement worked perfectly.

My cane broke in 73 years old they sent me a new cane. I used it a lot it's better then anyother cane I have had. Great Company public relations are excellent THANK YOU VERY MUCH if you need a cane buyno other cane but this one. Thank You Again you made an old man very HAPPY.

Response time amazingly good…courteous and well written. Refund amount disappointing without return label and was reason for four stars.

This item landed in Toronto on September 1, 2026, it hasn’t moved since. When inquiring about this I was told item couldn’t be cancelled or refunded due to it being in transit. It’s been in Toronto for over a month now and I live about an hour north of Toronto.

Purchased a walking stick for my father on 13th September 2026. It’s now October 1st and still not received it. I’ve used the tracking number, it should have been delivered by Sept 30th latest but the tracking has not updated since 22nd Sept. I’ve emailed to complain, I had a reply 4 days ago saying a team manager will look into it, and still no updates! Extremely poor customer services and no updates on progress. A full refund should be issued under the circumstances!

It arrived on time and the batteries were not supplied that would of helped

All arrived in tact but took a while. I am happy with my order. Was not sure when I began that it was in US Dollars. I must have missed that earlier. JH

Best walking stick ever good service

The walking stick that I ordered for my husband was delivered promptly on time, was well packaged and he finds the extra support handle very useful to help him rise from a sitting position as he suffers with arthritis in his knees. It took him a little while to get used to a bigger base pad than he was used to, the only thing he finds irritating is, at times, he switches the light on or sets the alarm off without realising it when his hand is holding the handle, but I guess that's just learning how to hold the handle as it is a different shape to his previous walking stick. He lost that one by leaving it on a bus, sadly it was not handed in, so the handle to attach it to his wrist is very useful.

The item we bought turned out to be unsuitable for my husband's particular difficulties. Naxir understood this straight away. They responded and solved the situation on the same day even though it was the weekend. That is what I call excellent service.

I had just purchased a Naxir Stand Alone, which when it arrived it was too tall for me. I'm only 4'7" and this just wouldn't work for me. I then got an email introducing an option to obtain a "short" stand alone. Unfortunately, the short one was for 4'10"and taller. I contacted their customer service and explained by situation. They offered me the option of keeping what I had already purchased and receive a partial refund, which I was more than happy accepting. Now I can gift the one I purchased to a friend or family member who could definitely use it.
