Poor shipping and construction
When I opened the box the puzzle was shipped in, the lid to the puzzle was not on and there were pieces of the puzzle falling on the floor and the counter. Some of the pieces looked broken as well. Very poor shipping, especially for the price. Unfortunately, this is going to be a birthday present for someone in the summer so, I won't know if they have a the pieces for months.

My puzzle box came damaged
My puzzle box came damaged. They said it was a shipping problem, & they would let their shipping department know. The package was not damaged at all. It was broken before being boxed. Another scam company. Buyer beware.

I bought a puzzle before Christmas and…
I bought a puzzle before Christmas and the box came ripped. Because this was a gift I ask for a refund. The response I got was, please forgive our workers, that's all they said. I reached out again and they said they'd send a new box. I said that would be fine. The box never came. I gave the puzzle to my brother anyway for Christmas he loved it until two pieces were missing, yikes! I’m very unhappy and embarrassed with with the gift I gave him. I reached out to the company again and told them prices where missing and I’d like to exchange the puzzle ASAP. I have not received any correspondence and it’s been a few weeks. My brother loves sea turtles and this puzzle so I told him I will get another one for him. I looked elsewhere for the puzzle with no luck. I reluctantly purchased a new one from the same company a few weeks ago and have not received it yet. I will never purchase another puzzle from this company again.
