I Love your puzzles! The Colors are vivid and they quality of them is Great.Iam on my 2nd puzzle and plan on ordering another now so when Iam done I have it on hand.

Chased order as not received after 4 weeks. Apparently there was a glitch with the ordering system. Natocraft finally offered to send the puzzle but I requested a full refund with no response. Still no response or refund received after weeks of chasing. I ordered a turtle puzzle for my son's teacher as an end of year gift. Placed order months ago to ensure plenty of time for delivery. Very disappointed. Shame as the products look amazing! Poor customer service.

Puzzles are excellent a little slow getting here but I really enjoyed completing it. I now have 3 done and one more to finish

Very high quality puzzles! I was very pleased with both of my purchases. The colors are crisp, the pieces fit together well, and it looks great! While the prices are a little high, they are very well worth it for the quality and durability of the product received. Plus, the fun and unique shapes make it even more enjoyable to put together.

Was given two Nanocraft premium wooden puzzles--the Koala and the Turtle--as a gift. Both puzzles were missing two pieces. Finally emailed the company hoping to have a replacement sent. Instead they told me to request the order number from my gift giver and to put the puzzles together and take a picture!!!! Now why would I spend the time to put together two puzzles that I know are missing pieces? I cannot in a clear mind ask my friend for the receipt, as I think my friend would be very ashamed that they gave me a gift that was "broken". Very sad company.

Nano craft is the only site I buy from!!! Others rip you off on size and packaging. NanoCraft always sends perfect puzzles in the box’s supplied for us. I must have over 40 now!!

The Puzzles were cut out very badly (and broken pieces arrived) and when we complained the reaction was „this was made by hand“ - better experience with other companies .

My puzzle came in a timely manner and was just as described. Beautifully detailed and carefully packed.

un seul reproche : la boite qui ne ferme pas dommage car très belle mais il faudrait plutôt un emballage carton pour permettre le stockage et éviter les pertes de petites pièces que j'ai retrouve dans le carton emballage.

I found it difficult to request replacement puzzle pieces. For the howling wolf, the animal puzzle pieces are not as well done as I expected; some are too fragile and arrived with broken legs. I also do not see the relevance of including lion shapes in a wolf puzzle resulting in the puzzle's theme becoming lost. Also, the Marian puzzle is a good idea, but it is ruined by the awkwardly shaped specialty pieces of demons. The first piece I pulled out was a fat, cartoonish demon, which I did not like at all. Finally, the puzzle boxes were not made well enough as they are hard to keep securly closed. Overall, I am disappointed.
