I already did write one review bad one. Now i am waiting for card virtual which was my main thing for open native teams as was promised from Ms Mila from Macedonia who is promoting Native teams. And she say after i pay pro plan i will have asap. Then problem with verification after i pay package pro,then i was asked by support from NT from Macedonia Ms Julijana to add send money to verify me which was totally wrong cause i have wallet in Paydo.com which are the best for 4 years already i am Paydo.com client and so happy on them services and thjs Native teams have so bad support in this case in Macedonia which is terrible. Now im waitong for virtual card and honestly im getting scarry to beleve to NT and let them hold my money everything is so slow no relevant information via Support team they provide me which all this when i realise it make me have decision do not truat them and i just am new member of them. Ms Mila push me so much promise so mich that ill have best services and after i buy package and she probably get her percent for getting me as candidate desapear on Viber application dont even talk to me. And i told her clear i want my money safe and good support cause as i mention i work as IT Specialist,software developer and Machine learning and my incomes are serios good. So with Paydo i will still continue i work with them 4 years and all is safe and support great! And Native Teams definitly the warse services i ever see in my live.

Poor support, no direct phone number, no one answers on Whatsapp, or emails.
Native teams did a huge mistake that is affecting me financially and no one seems to care.
Spoke with Julijana, polite but not sure what she did that i never got any contact from native teams. Then spoke with Kristijan that simply stopped answering my chats.

Transfers from wallet to card are very slow, they have a 72 hours time to process the transfer but they always exceed that time. Support team is very helpful always responding to your requests, but payments are a big pain.

Things have improved and they are running smoothly. Dragi has been on top of it. No complaints in recent months.

Giving three stars as customer service is there to help and deserves 5*. I almost had issues with payments and paycheck processing every month of using their service.
One issue took a month to resolve and constantly had to keep track if the correct funds were deducted or not.
Again, 3* just because of lovely customer service people.

The EOR concept and the software are a great idea. Native Teams supports customers from the North American market, yet there is no account manager working on US times.
It has been nearly impossible to get in touch with staff in a timely manner and if they respond it will be 1-2 am PST US time making NativeTeams a bad choice for US businesses looking to use them.
It has been extremely frustrating to say the least to work with them. We are now going to miss the start date we promised to 4 Philippines employees. It made us look extremely bad.
How can we trust that they will support us if they do not have any available resources to respond to our inquires. I am very disappointed.
