One of the most unprofessional teams I've experienced, especially given they're handling people's salaries.
Their backend is clunky, misleading, and not intuitive. Their support staff does the absolute minimum to close out tickets, sometimes ghosts you for hours.
During my withdrawal, they listed my PERSONAL address as my BANK address and it caused the withdrawal to be refunded.
They told me they "emailed" me, but instead of replying to the exact email thread, they send me a screenshot of an email. I searched the representative's name up in my email inbox, not a single contact.
When I asked if they can tell me why the funds were not withdrawn, they ghosted my email for hours. They still have not gotten back to me.
I had to do my own investigation to find that they proceeded the withdrawal request using my home address instead of the banks. I have the invoice PDF that shows this, along with a screenshot of my profile showing that I submitted the correct information.
Along with that, they display my Driver's License as part of the transaction invoice, which is not required.
Would avoid working with these people at all costs. Highly unprofessional

Misleading "Global" claims — Their "world" is limited to the Balkans.
"I wanted to register as a freelancer because of all the hype surrounding this site. They even have a massive banner claiming they are: 'The only platform you need for global work payments.' I am from Ukraine.
But here is the reality: when I tried to sign up, support explicitly told me: 'Our solution is only available in the Balkan countries unfortunately...'
Apparently, in their dictionary, the 'whole world' consists only of the Balkans. Don't waste your time on them if you don't want to end up with the same disappointing result. It makes me wonder: what other lies are hidden in their promises? Be extremely cautious."

NativeTeams is a pretty sweet solution for remote workers, and one that I don't believe has a better alternative so far. Of course, not everything is perfect, but the peace of mind knowing that your finances are in order while taxes and salary are being handled, that's definitely worth it.
If there's a gripe I feel could be improved, it's the time it takes for the NT card to be topped up. Three days is pretty slow and cumbersome, but you can live with it.
On the other hand, there are a few pros I'd definitely love to highlight. The platform UX is pretty decent, and managing your assets is a breeze. The 1% return on funds sitting in your wallet is also a nice perk. However, something I'd love to call out specifically, and which might be one of the key pros for me, is NT's customer support. In this regard, they are second to none. I've been in touch with several reps, but I'd like to specifically highlight Dragi Kitanovski, who has been absolutely stellar in terms of assistance and response times. An absolute joy to work with, and just knowing you'll be taken care of is something that should not be taken for granted nowadays.
All in all, a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

The staff’s behavior was quite rude, and the employees I dealt with were unprofessional. They failed to process a salary payment for the first three months, and we had to keep pushing and arguing with them before it was finally completed. Throughout this time, the staff repeatedly insulted me. Now I am trying to terminate the contract with them as soon as possible, but they are trying to delay it as much as they can. Honestly, I don’t know what to say.

During my time working with this company on behalf of an American client, I encountered several challenges that I believe are important to highlight.
My experience was impacted by unprofessional communication and inconsistent responsiveness. Service level agreements were not respected, and queries or issues were frequently left unaddressed without relevant answers or solutions. This significantly hindered operational efficiency and the ability to maintain compliance.
Specifically, interactions with the account manager, Emilijia Apostolvska, were challenging. Attempts to implement legal procedures and HR policies for both entities aimed at ensuring compliance were often met with resistance or indifference. Employees frequently came to me for answers, documents, and guidance due to the fact that their queries were not answered and I could not offer any support because I didn’t had access to, and my proposed solutions were consistently disregarded. I also took initiative in managing onboarding and offboarding processes and became heavily involved in the administration system due to gaps in the team’s knowledge.
Overall, I would advise potential partners or employees to carefully consider their engagement with this company, given the concerns regarding professionalism, communication, and expertise in HR and compliance matters.
