A great platform with an even more amazing support system.

Any time I had any questions or issues their team was super understanding and extremely helpful. I haven't experienced this kind of support in a while, especially from a platform like theirs.

Disappointing Hiring Process

I interviewed with Native Teams and was genuinely interested in the role. Unfortunately, the experience left me dissatisfied. The company canceled our scheduled call on the very same day, citing that the position had already been filled. This felt unprofessional and dismissive of the time and effort I had invested.

Hiring should be a fair and respectful process, not treated like a race where timing alone determines the outcome. While they mentioned being impressed with my profile, the communication and handling of the process did not reflect courtesy or consideration.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, as the way candidates are treated during recruitment speaks volumes about organizational values.

Experience using the platform for a year

I've been using Native Teams for over a year now. During this time, I haven't encountered a single issue that couldn't be resolved with support. They work quickly and efficiently. They're attentive to their clients and respond quickly.
The platform works like a Swiss watch.

Why I've Been Using Native Teams for Years

I’ve been using Native Teams for years now, and I’m thoroughly impressed! They are constantly developing the product and adding new features, so it never feels stagnant. Outdated & Frustrating – Can't Access My Own Money

Native Teams uses an ancient liquidity system: payments don't go straight to your card—you must top up manually, waiting 5+ days. Despite urgent emails, they ignored me. Avoid if you need your funds quickly!

Helpful Team, Good Platform, Needs Faster Top-Ups

I’ve been using Native’s services for about a year and a half. At first, I wasn’t very impressed — they missed a scheduled meeting, and they didn’t register me as an employee on the date we had agreed, which was very important to me. The process of receiving the physical card is somewhat complicated, and it took quite a long time to arrive at my home address. I’m not sure if this delay is due to international laws or policies, but perhaps there are ways to make the process easier.

What really stood out to me, however, was the support I received from Dragi and Julijana. They have been consistently helpful, always answering my questions patiently, no matter how simple they might be. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference, and I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank them both.

The platform itself is great and easy to use. Creating invoices is straightforward, and receiving payments is impressively fast — that’s a feature I truly appreciate. After using the platform for a few months, I found that everything became easier to navigate, and I quickly learned how the system functions. Overall, it’s very user-friendly.

The main issue for me is that topping up the card takes three business days, which feels quite long compared to similar providers. I had expected immediate top-ups. On two or three occasions, the system experienced delays where funds took more than three days to appear on the card, which I find unacceptable. In such cases, I believe Native should proactively notify users by message or call, rather than leaving customers to chase updates themselves.

Another area for improvement would be offering customer support outside of business hours or on weekends. This would make the service even more reliable and convenient.

Overall, I see a lot of potential in Native Teams. While there are still areas to improve, it’s fantastic to have access to these services in Macedonia, where no other companies currently provide such solutions.

Juliana is always helpful and consistently on point when addressing any concerns regarding my account. Even when I was taking my first steps into the banking world, she supported me through every challenge. Honestly, if it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t be a client today — I’ve been with the bank for over a year because of her.

Very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience using Native Teams. Everything on the platform works smoothly, and I never ran into any issues during my time with them.

The support team is especially great — always responsive, helpful, and professional whenever I had a question. The overall process was clear and well-organized, which made managing my freelance work much easier.

I’m only leaving due to a change in my personal situation, but if things change in the future, I would happily work with Native Teams again.

Très bonne expérience avec Native…

Très bonne expérience avec Native Teams.
La plateforme est claire, facile à prendre en main et surtout très utile pour la gestion administrative et contractuelle à l’international. L’onboarding s’est bien passé et les équipes sont réactives et disponibles en cas de questions.

Petit plus pour le support client, toujours professionnel et efficace.
Il reste encore quelques points à optimiser côté fluidité de certains process, mais globalement le service est fiable et apporte une vraie valeur ajoutée.

Je recommande Native Teams pour les entreprises qui travaillent avec des talents internationaux.

Horrible and like many say very unprofessional company.,,

I have been with them for a few months and the number of mistakes made is just unbelievable!! From billing wrong company, making mistakes on salaries, disrespectful treatment, late payments to employees, random change of payment dates without prior approval, random change of process without prior DISCUSSION or APPROVAL. Never sent the MSA for our other company as we wanted to transfer, never sent receipt as asked… some people say pathetic, I will say that too as even though the CEO tried initially, his ego took over and stopped even replying to my emails as his client.

Run away from this company! It’s extremely unprofessional with such sensitive matter like HR, in my view governments should not allow some random people run these companies as people’s livelihood depend on them!

What a joke !

Awful experience

You should focus on employees. What you offer according to your service needs to be handled with rigour. While leaving the company, in my leaving letter that was sent from the Native Teams, it was written that 'we are happy to leave you'.It can be a small mistake, but I have totally lost my respect for that company. Additionally, the reason for my leaving was about not concluded support ticket, which was so crucial that the employer got sick of these long processes because of the NT services. Also, I couldn't get paid at the exact time for 3 months. My actual employer was paying the exact time but they were late in transferring each time.

Pathetic and unprofessional service.

Despite already holding the deposit amount, the Natives team is still demanding one month’s salary. On top of that, they have not paid my employee’s salary, which is completely unacceptable.
There is no proper support or accountability from their team.

I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Please be cautious before engaging with the Natives team. Even after taking the deposit, they continued to demand one month’s salary and failed to pay my employee on time. Their finance team always make mistake on monthly invoices.

We don’t really know who we’re talking to when communicating by email. The email was sent from one address, but the signature reflects a different name.

Support is unresponsive, and issues are not resolved. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
