Very poor comms, then just went silent

We have been trying to onboard with Native Teams for 6 or so weeks, and they have stopped responding to emails. There are no phone numbers, no chat facility, and even the sales person is now just ignoring us. There were multiple inaccuracies in what they told us at the start, and they took even a long time to give us correct bank details to pay into during onboarding. But to just go completely silent on us and leave us hanging was terrible customer service. It feels like Native teams was just set up, or has just gone bust!

Terrible experience (Italy)

Not sure who trained their accountants, but they've messed up sooo badly for the past two months, that this may even affect my taxes for the rest of the year. It took them so long to admit to their mistakes, but even then they try and make it out like it's not an urgent problem. Two months on we're still nowhere near a resolution - I just keep getting emails to 'reassure me' they'll give me an update ASAP.

They've also sent me someone else's payslip TWICE, which is a massive data breach. I have no words! You definitely get what you pay for with a service like this - there's a reason why they're cheaper. Avoid them.

Scam

Scam. I completed KYC and then sent a payment request for testing purposes. Guess what? Their true face revealed. The moment I sent the payment request, my account status went from "verified" to "not verified". Then they sent an email saying I have to complete KYC again, have to provide job details and proof, and have to provide the relationship with the payer. They also asked for an EML file and screenshot of the conversation with the payer, can you imagine? And they expect me to write an essay on the purpose of the payment request/invoice. They do this because they don't want you to withdraw the money, they will hold the money and ask for these things, then they will pretend like they are not convinced and eventually steal your money.

This is very unprofessional

This is very unprofessional; my employer has been collaborating with them for almost 2 years, and whenever we have to receive a bonus or pay raise, the transaction is delayed, making it hard to work when creditors call to request I pay my loans. Native even had the audacity to send out emails buying 5-star reviews for 25 euros!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND NATIVE TEAMS!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND NATIVE TEAMS! Every single payroll cycle, we are forced to manually process withdrawals despite selecting the automatic withdrawal option on their platform. This is not just an occasional glitch—it happens every time. On top of that, we must constantly follow up and escalate just to get an update on our own funds, well beyond the promised processing period.

This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. Their failure to provide basic, reliable payroll services makes them the worst provider we have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs!

I use Native Teams services to send…

I use Native Teams services to send invoices to my clients, and the entire process went smoothly. The transfers were set up quickly and with minimal fees. Throughout the process, the support team was always available for chat assistance. I highly recommend Native Teams as a professional company that offers great value for money. The negative reviews I've seen seem to be from people who lack patience!

Great Support & Complete Solution for Your Business Needs (Just a bit Rough Around the Edges.)

This used to be a cool solution a while back when my business partners used it. It was unpolished and rough around the edges, but at least it worked. Now it seems like they are going through a painful scaleup stage, and there are tens of businesses that are better and actually work.

Not a single invoice was processed succesfully through Native Teams, and I wanted to use it as an "all-in-one business tool" that has been advertised.

To make matters worse - I was a referral client so I had high hopes for this solution, but the team did not even try remotely to explain to me how this service works (spoiler alert - it does not).

01/23/25 UPDATE:

The team got in touch with me and tried to address my issues assigning a dedicated POC - they are very kind and helpful, but it seems like the platform is still plagued with issues - like my invoices for work not being able to be paid at times, or having a lacking breakdown of salary costs.

Natalija from customer success team went absolutely out of the way to explain the discrepancies on my account and to solve the issues we had internally - the team really does their best at keeping customers satisfied.
