14 years of stress-free hosting
I've been with Nativespace for about 14 years for both personal and work use and am always impressed by how quickly the staff respond and remedy any issues (usually of my own making!). Genuinely helpful, good people, which is a rarity these days. Thanks so much

Over perhaps 15 years I have done content management with Nativespace hosting of my personal website. There have been some hairy moments but always support was swift, and service plus content restored.

I've been a Nativespace customer for a couple of decades now - while they're not the cheapest around, their tech support has always been excellent. Most recently I've had to deal with some annoying security issues that turned out to be entirely my own fault, which they solved in about an hour after I'd tried for a week, and a lost password, which they got to me as soon as they'd made sure I really was who I said I was. VERY pleased.
I moved away from Nativespace…
I moved away from Nativespace (including Domain and website) recently and boy did I feel good about it. Customer service at rock bottom, options limited, payments restricted to one payment system though there are alternatives which don't work. I could go on like CPanel URLs that dont work, changed passwords (no idea whose authority they use), reset password didn't work. They even at one point gave a password that had been stolen from TalkTalk all those years ago that hasn't been used since TalkTalk hacking, that originates from the darkweb according to the relevent checks made by bank and credit score agencies. I query how did that happen.
Well, there is little more that I want to add other than to say be careful, check prices elsewhere (most other hosts are cheaper by upto 30% and if you do go ahead don't criticise them or you get ignored when it comes to service.

I create active web pages for many clients and find that interacting with many webhost supports can be time consuming and impersonal. Nativespace support on the other hand are very responsive and fast. My last 2 support issues were sorted within 30 minutes using their on-line method of reporting,

Been with these guys quite a few years now, I fiddle around with alsorts of online tech which can break - and many times Ive needed their help and the responses are very quick (immediate sometimes), very helpful and just always get fixed. I cannot fault them or their service. The tech support thought really is second to none. Impecatble. NS have strong security too which is always a big bonus. Easy 5 Stars!
