As an audiophile based in Canada, I’m बेहद impressed with NativeDSD. The sound quality is simply outstanding—far superior to standard streaming services. You can really hear the depth and clarity in every track. I also appreciate their commitment to providing genuine, non-upsampled master files. It feels like you’re listening exactly as the artist intended. This has become my go-to platform for high-resolution music.

They took the quality issue I experienced seriously and tried to fix it. They will definitely improve their quality assurance system so that there will be no more problems. They were cooperative and resolved the situation.

Ich besitze die entsprechende Technik zur Wiedergabe und kaufe/höre seit längerem nur noch hochaufgelöste Musik.
Es gibt weltweit nicht viele Anbieter von Titeln in HighRes (sowohl in 24 Bit 96, 192, 384 kHz, als auch in DSD 128 oder 256), die wirklich Musik in dieser Qualität zur Verfügung stellen und keine künstlich hochgerechnete. Seit einigen Jahren bin ich NativeDSD-Kunde. Die dort bisher gekauften Alben, und das sind nicht wenige, sind qualitativ hochwertig. Ich habe nicht ein einziges Album dabei, an dem ich etwas auszusetzen hätte.
Als Kunde kann man sich darauf verlassen, dass das, was man angeboten bekommt auch das ist, was man gekauft hat und sich zu Hause anhört.
Wenn es überhaupt etwas anzumerken gibt, dann ist es einzig die Höhe der Preise. Sicher hat alles einen Preis und etwas sehr wertvolles auch einen sehr wertvollen. Ich habe mich deshalb auf DSD 128 und 256 beschränkt. Alles in allem Freunde der hochauflösenden Musik. Bei NativeDSD seid ihr sehr gut aufgehoben, wenn ihr sehr gute Musik hören wollt. Und wenn ihr einmal Probleme habt, zum Beispiel beim downloaden eines gekauften Albums, könnt ihr sicher sein: es wird euch geholfen.

I love the quality of the 'Edit Master Sourced' music, even when it's not DSD. Downloads are easy and include informative booklets.

Still expensive and rather classical-oriented, so need to wait for special offers. By the way not downloading beyond DSD128… as my ears aren’t catching a better stereo experience despite a great Eversolo A8 player associated with other elements in the same range

Amazing recordings and an easy process for downloading at a good price. Definitely reccommend.

The problem I had was that the AOTW had not been updated on the website, which meant that I could not receive the 40% discount. The help chat gave incorrect information, telling me that I needed a coupon code to obtain the discount. However, it also told me to contact live support. Once I did that, the problem was corrected promptly, so I was able to buy the album.

Downloading the purchased music works fine when using the V2.1.7 version of the NativeDSD downloader.
In some cases, when the title of a track includes a special character (e.g. an apostrophe), the string in the tag comprising the title does, however, not include the special character but its HTML code instead (e.g. "\&\#039:"). As my player does not resolve such codes when playing back the music, it is necessary to edit the tags in respective tracks to get a readable display of the title of the played track.
