The website is very slow. It would be nice to optimize performance. Not sure if it is a backend problem causing this or frontend. Very sure it is not on my end, My wifi is fine. I go to other big websites and it loads fine

Anyway, received finally today, after UPS decided to ship package first to Sweden, then to Danmark, then Germany, and then to Carpi, Italy (near Modena). Absolute horror! That voyage lasted another thirteen days. Well, now is everything O.K.

Very easy to find the music I was looking for, select the appropriate files and pay. The after-purchase experience of using the downloader is wonderful, my full purchased catalog there for viewing and, if I need to, redownload it.

I've had great experience buying my favorites Hi-Res music from NativeDSD Music since 2016. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. Their technical support team are quickly responds and solve of my own problem is fast.

Native DSD = Fantastic customer service
I am new to DSD and made a big mistake of purchasing a 1024 download. I soon discovered that I was unable to play 1024 DSD files on my system. This was an expensive mistake on my part. The folks @ Native DSD were great about it and very understanding. They willingly refunded my purchase at their own suggestion.
Im very pleased with the customer service and understanding I received from Native DSD. They are a great bunch of folks and were just great at helping me clean up the mess I made for myself
