The models they use never smile
The models they use never smile, are not attractive, it is difficult to relate to them, it doesn't even make me want to look at the clothes. Why don't they understand their customer base and try and relate the models to the people who will buy their clothes.

I am beyond appalled with Nanushka. I ordered a pair of pants one month ago.. those pants arrived with a stain So they sent me a prepaid return label and I shipped the pants. They sent another pair of pants.. THEY WERE THE EXACT ONES WITH THE SAME STAIN. What company does that???

The bag I boughted looked so cheap for what I paid nothing glamours and they made me so difficult to return it 🤦🏼♀️
Never happened before, I buy regularly on line and in the USA you find a great customer service and fair.
Never buy again this brand.
