If I could leave less than 1 star I would... the time and effort spent trying to claim my recent order (#4766358). I still haven't received it after a horrible 3 attempts from BROAD REACH/ASENDIA. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere! Lots of good online and local options.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience
Ordered a poster, a frame and wall hooks. Only received the poster in a very bad shaped box. The poster was also in very bad shape to say the least. Honestly I do not recommend. Waiting to see if their customer service will be better to handle my refund request.

Poor quality

I got 2 frames and the 2 have major defect (70x100cm) they are very cheap, not good quality. I don't have any news from them. Was the first and last time I order there. Very disappointed.

Very poor quality prints.

I recently ordered two smaller posters to frame and hang in my bedroom. They both look like a child printed them on a printer with low ink. Quality is very poor, especially the one with a black background. I will not be ordering from here again.

After seeing so many negative reviews

After seeing so many negative reviews, I was initially concerned, but my experience turned out to be quite good. This company was the only one I found that allowed me to print a poster in the size I wanted. The poster arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise, although the website never got updated. I was worried about becoming just another statistic of customers who had issues, but fortunately, everything arrived perfectly. The packing was excellent and effectively protected my poster. I won’t give a full five stars because of the website issues and because I think the paper quality could be better for the price I paid. This was disappointing, but it’s not enough to stop me from doing business with this company again.

Had to return and still waiting for refund

Had to return and still waiting for the refund after weeks. The resolution was way to low and looked bad even from a far. It it was printed on normal thick paper and not poster paper.

In regards to your refund. I can confirm that we have not yet received the posters in our warehouse according to the instructions given to you previously by our Customer Servicer agents.
