They seem to intentionally make it exceptionally difficult to claim under warranty. No one ever answers the phone or returns your call after leaving voicemail. Sorry excuse of a company.

Don't bother buying anything from Polti as the within a period of 2 years they replaced 3 of the machines I purchased off them and the warranty ran out literally after the third machine decided to pack up. I had to purchase another steam cleaner only to have the machine break down within not even a year. I've lost all faith in there aftersales service and their actual products as the Polti steam cleaner I had prior to these lasted nearly 20 years. I've emailed and called them twice and still waiting on a response. Save your money and by from another manufacturer as their machines are inferior.

All I wanted to do was register my warranty. Gave all the information required online - doesn't work. Tried multiple times. Tried calling Polti Customer Service multiple times, always get a voicemail saying they will call back - they have not. Tried emailing them - no response. Have had Polti products for years and never had this issue before.

UPDATE - Monday 2nd March - had to cancel the order as their was no end delivery date in sight, Polti had absolutely no intention of filling the order, if they did they would have arranged for an alternate delivery company, or courier, and expedited the order. I very much doubt it ever left the warehouse. Save your money and time and order from a reputable company. Polti UK are incompetent and just offer excuse after excuse.

Ordered an expensive iron (£300) on 17th February and still waiting for it to be delivered on 26th February with no delivery date in sight. Contacted Polti - Customer Services and Operations Manager, excuses made about a change of warehouse and wouldn't accept the delay is due to outright incompetence or Polti and Evri. I would most certainly advise anyone to order via Amazon not Polti directly as I have done. So far an awful buying experience.

Thank you Polti .Purchases a Polti Vaporetto 3.0 payd €300 for it with a good discount and after 7 months Machine started flaming and spark also every time I was thinking to plug it in Power cuts off!I emailed them as This product was still in warranty and after all emailed they redirected me to a Repairs centre in Dublin to send it to be inspected in order to give me a refund or a replacement!Luckily for them Parcel is gone missing even if An post showing was delivered, An post stating GPS coordinates shows parcel was there 2 days after sending it so I can't get a refund from An post for lost parcel !1 week on the phone with An post and repair shop !An post would not refund me as parcel wasn't lost,Repair center won't even take my calls anymore, and Polti saying is not theyre problem!But will defenetly fill a fraud report as this is extraordinary convenient!After showing them the video of what was happening with the steamer and it was clearly a manufacturing problem is sooooo convenient that parcel gone missing and I don't have the steamer fixed or replaced!They are working with this repair center in Dublin for several years!Kenilworth Electrical is the shop so just in case if is a problem with yoir products that may look a as a internal manufacturing problem ,who you are sending it to if Still in warranty and can't be fixed!

I have Polti's Vaporeto since 2003, my first machine; last till 2018 and I bought my second machine. I have a hairy dog and had cats. My homes never smelt pets; the cleaning I get with Polti Vaporeto is amazing, a deep clean, the suction is powerful. Mr. Polti made a good invention, Recently my 2nd machine went to repair with Polti UK; it was said no possible to repair and it was offered me a machine brand new, equivalent to mine (slightly better). The support I've received was efficient. Thank you for Dan and Olivia.

Purchased a Polti Vaporela steam iron 11th July 2023. I purchased the iron because it came with a 10 year garuntee on the steam function (specifically the boiler). The iron was great.
Unfortunately December 2025 the iron stopped generating steam. I contacted Polti UK initally via the website on the 18th December and raised a ticket. On the 23/12/25 I tried to follow this up via the telephone number provided on the website (01618132765). The automated message highlighted all of the "customer services colleagues are busy and asked for a message to be left". I left a message with ticket number and my contact details. I didn't receive any contact so followed this up on the 27/12/25 via the email address provided on the website, unfortunately the email address continues to fail, and the email is undeliverable.
I again tried to contact Polti via the telephone number provided on the 27/12/25, this time it said that the office is closed and will reopen 05/01/26.
I received no contact, therefore on the 07/01/26 tried to contact Polti multiple times throughout the day via the telephone number. Each time after ringing for a period of time the phone goes to answerphone. Please try calling the phone number yourself, you will see exactly what I mean. It seems as if you receive a response via Trustpilot quicker than contact Polti directly.

My Vaporetto Eco Pro 3 is an effective machine but the quality of the trigger handle, wands and pipe fittings is poor. All should be far more robust for a steam product. Just burnt my self a second time when the wand came away from the handle. I made a mistake in ignoring the deterioration until it came apart whilst operating and now out of warranty. My advice is expect the fittings and accessories to fail so jump on it within the warranty period.

Customer service is the worst service you could ever receive , they treat customers accordingly and differently.
DAN Customer service manager , difficult person to deal with, has the company at heart clearly but don’t give a monkeys about the customers !
Polti aims and values are crap, stay away from this fraudulent company.
The products are crap and will regret purchasing it

I am very disappointed in Polti uk. Even though my iron was in warranty, I was offered a repair or a refurbished iron. I opted for a refurbished replacement I was told that my faulty iron would be collected and my replacement would come on the same day, I stayed in all day only to have my iron collected and no replacement, I have now been told it may come the following day, I have had several Polti electrical items and have found their CS very poor. I think it’s time not to buy their products in future.
I am revising my score to 3 star as I have received my refurbished Iron today a day after it should have arrived! It is in working condition and appears in good condition. thank you

Customer service is not good, my original iron broke so was sent back to Polti and was told it would be a few days and it would be returned, no communication when it was returned and ended up being dropped in my recycling bin. Opened it up and was soaked in water and the locking mechanism and plate had been broken. Emailed and complained told there would be a new one sent out to replace my one, yet again no communication on times and dates it would arrive. Turns up today and I have opened up the new unit, broken again. Tried calling, emailing and contacting through social media channels and nobody responds. Considering the price of the iron, the customer service and product are very poor indeed wouldn’t recommend at all.
I would like to make an addition to this review, we had another iron arrive at our property which is now the third one all of the plastic casing has broke and unusable. I am writing this review for my wife, who has an email chain of 45 emails trying to resolve this problem. I have tried ringing and contacting you through social media but nobody has had the respect to return messages or calls. If we could give Polti no stars then that would be closer to the level of service we have received. It truly is disgraceful. Now onto the fourth replacement which has arrived damaged as well.

I purchased a steam cleaner, but it is faulty straight out of the box, It pumps water rather than steam, occasionally gives a short burst of steam, then nothing. Not fit for purpose. I tried calling yesterday, just got an answering machine, so had no choice other than to email. Email that came back gave troubleshooting tips, then asked for a photo or video of the problem. I am not going to get my phone that close to an item that may or may not produce a random burst of steam, as this could damage my phone, or result in steam burns.
The company have said they will exchange, but I do not want to wait for an exchange, I need a steam cleaner NOW, not in a week or two once they get it back. I want to return for refund - which they state is an option on their web-site, but it seems they will try to pressure me into a replacement. I should not have to wait a week or 2 for the company to get the item back then post out a replacement.
Poor customer service experience has put me off taking a replacement item, as they can not be contacted by phone, and emailing is a slow process
Been phoning all day to get my iron repaired, no answer just an answer phone. Message left at 10.02 am , now 4.22pm and nothing.

I purchased a Polti steam iron and after nearly 2 years of fantastic service it would not steam. As it was still under warranty the Polti customer service team suggested some actions on my part but when they didn’t work, they arranged for a courier to collect the iron. Less than a week later it was delivered back, fully repaired. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a Polti steam cleaner that arrived defective right out of the box. I immediately sent it in for repair under warranty – that was more than a month ago. Since then, I have only received excuses (such as delays due to summer holidays in Italy and waiting for spare parts), but no concrete solution and no return of my device.
The customer service is completely unacceptable: no commitment, no transparency, and no effort to provide an alternative or compensation. As a customer, I have been left without a working device for weeks, with no end in sight.
I strongly advise against buying from Polti. If something goes wrong, you should not expect timely help or reliable service.

I don't know how to contact you. When sending ticket of a technical problem it is not possible to fill and send the ticket. So I used another ticket, but no response. Today again I made a follow up ticket, but I have no idea if it is send or not. The communication with you is not fine. The phone number noone picks up. Besides that; no email possibility.
I almost want to throw the broken coffee device (only 4 months in use and probably thermostat broken) in the bin, because contact is so frustrating. PLEASE HELP ME Polti?!?!?
The device it self was wonderful, until it wasn't (broke down). I don't know if more people have this problem, but hope I didn't bought an inferior item.
(sorry for my english, I am not a native speaker, cause living in the netherlands)

Polti Vaparetto SV650. I recently bought this from an online store in Northern Ireland, when I received it there was an issue with the power. The store themselves didn't even respond to my complaint but luckily I had registered the product immediately with Polti. They were incredible, a lady named Alexandra dealt with my issue and sent me out a brand new machine within days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for their professionalism and their genuine care for their customers. They have earned a lifelong customer here, trust in a company and their brand is crucial for me as a consumer, as a pensioner this was a high end item for me to purchase. I'm currently looking at one of your steam irons and my son has already ordered the same steam cleaner for his house because he loved my one so much. It is a beautiful machine.
