Wowcher nails inc mystery polishes are total waste of money only like 3 out off the 6 you get,and thinking if I bought another one I might get at least a few more but no all the same as the first ones a complete waste of money never again so much for random colours rubbish.!!!

Ordered 4 items but only two got delivered. Chased them up a couple of times by email and phone. Was later told the missing items out of stock and a refund would be issued. Nice products but the service is not great.

Promised to send the correct item and it never came
Ordered a top coat through their online store and received email confirmation of my order. My box arrived with a base coat inside, and a print receipt that said I ordered a base coat. This did not match my email confirmation. It took Nails Inc. 4+ business days to respond to my emails (yes plural) about the issue, and they said they were sending out a replacement. I never received it, and after contacting them again a week and a half later, they said they were now sending out the top coat. I asked if I could return the base coat for a refund, and they told me I would have to pay shipping to send it back. No thank you. 5 weeks later and without the item I initially ordered, I have just gone and purchased the top coat from eBay. Unbelievable.

Poor customer service
My website order of 6 x nail varnishes arrived with 3 of the bottles smashed. I decided to call them direct to inform them of the broken bottles. Their automated answer phone message offers 6 options including customer services. I called repeatedly for more than 2 hours but could not get a response from any of the 6 options. Very poor customer service, does not reflect well.
