Firstly the positive, the products are pretty good and would purchase again but not via the nailsinc website. I have ordered twice and both times I had to chase via email and instagram after weeks of wondering where my order was. Only when I chased did my order get delivered. Customer services do respond eventually but, again, you have to chase hard. There are plenty other companies out there with equally good products so don’t waste your time. If you really want nails inc products then purchase them elsewhere for your own sanity.

DO NOT BUY THIS NAIL VARNISH!!!
I bought 2 summery neon colours from Superdrug, thinking they would last a bit longer than cheaper varnishes that chip after a few days. Well, I didn't even have this polish on for 24 hrs before it started chipping (even with a top coat) and it retails at £11. I have emailed them and the confirmation says they will respond within 48 hrs. Surprise, Surprise. No response. Don't waste your money.

Quite disappointed in this nail polish, purchased a duo, beautiful colours, although when applying a base coat and two coats of this took ages to dry n was sticky for hours and smudged easily, and two weeks later couldn't use a tacky mixture not good to say they are quite pricey!

If I could rate 0 I absolutely would.
Customer service is appalling and quite frankly non existent.
I have sent 4 emails regarding a damaged item I have received and I am yet to receive a response even acknowledging the issue

Avoid this company! Their contact number is never answered & clearly they don’t value customer service

I agree with worst ever customer service. I bought 3 products from a third party website, I actually really liked the product, but they have a loose lid that doesn't seem to tighten and therefore all 3 products are now glouppy, and unusable in a short space of time. I wrote 3 emails to complain. When I threatened to leave a poor review, they contacted my for an ID number, which I didn't have, which I told them. I have not heard back from them since. At least reply to complaints, that way it doesn't escalate to a poor review.

I ordered a nail varnish set that arrived on 13th June broken. It has been impossible to get in touch with Nails inc. Their telephone number is not taking calls. I sent about 5 emails in the first week and had no reply so I decided to leave a review on their website. That night, someone finally replied to me saying they would send a replacement if I confirmed my address. 10 working days later, I still haven’t received confirmation of this happening nor have I received the replacement. I have sent several emails since which have all been ignored. DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM NAILS INC.

I am allergic to normal nail polishes so tried this lasts a day if I'm lucky before chipping and looks a complete mess. Waste of money and very expensive

i BOUGHT THIS FIRST FROM QVC then the next day bought for Nails ink uk, thinking how nice it would be to have 10 bottles of cruelty to animals free nail polish. |Not had this before, it chipped first day, then by 3 day was just a mess, bottom and top coat used. Also used hardening products. I have been doing my nails fot 45 years so know what I'm doing . What the hec is going on with this product, had it two weeks, and had 4 different colours on? They need to improve this product, great colours but really they need to sort out the ware time for this product, some colours were thin some were thick. So disappointed with it. Now had to order another product from another company after already spending over £50 for this lot. Get your self together Nail Ink as you talk the talk and hype people up with the products, now walk the walk. Im not happy. I would like to add, I bought the Nails Inc nail vanish remover pot from Amazon. It’s the best thing on the Market, well done Nails Inc love it. Now have to buy more as gifts.

Do not shop with Nail Inc directly.

My order was placed weeks ago but despite a promised 3-5 day delivery I’m yet to receive any product, and their response to any social media message or email has practically been nonexistent

I am now going to try to get my monies back and will be looking to support other brands going forward.

If Nails Inc reads this I suggest you invest in your customer service or close down your online shop - this is not good enough!

I so wanted to try them out and because none of the stockists ship to my country (for some reason the nail polishes cannot be shipped) and their shipping is SO expensive, I decided to wait until me or any of my friends are in the UK. My husband is now staying in the UK, so I decided to give it a try. I placed an order with express shipping and it explicitly said it will be processed the same day. Nothing happened, so I mailed support and asked them if they can either ship the parcel or cancel the order. Again, Nothing happened and my husband is no longer in the UK. Now if I’m lucky the package will be sent back as undelivered and I will be able to get my money back.

I wish there was a 0 stars option. My nail polish never came, I don't believe Nails Inc have a customer service team.
I ended up buying some polish in Superdrug. I used the Nails Inc base coat, colour I selected and then top coat. It chipped within a day.

great experience, ordered online very easily, some good offers too. My parcel arrived just under 48 hrs later . They use DPG so if your not going to be in can divert your parcel which is ideal. Parcel was well packaged , easy experience from start to finish.

I placed an order 2 months ago, and it's still in processing. I mailed them so many times with no reply received. I tried to contact them in instagram and i finally received a reply. After that, they disappeared again.
Now i found my order was cancelled, but i didn't get any refund.
It's the worst shopping experience i have ever go throught.

I ordered 2 lots of a mystery pack of nail varnishes for £20 each, saving over £150. The courier tried to deliver (once only) & as he could not find anyone in took the parcel to Homebase, one of their drop shops for me to collect within 7 days. On day 4 I tried to collect the parcel & was told the courier had already taken it back for return to sender !!!
Is this a scam…..
Tried to contact nails inc in various way & nothing prompted a response. Not even an email to ask why they had been returned. Dreadful customer service & after being a loyal customer, spending hundreds of pounds with them over the years I have deleted them from my address book & will never use them again.
Good news though, I contacted PayPal who immediately refunded my money & said they would take it up with them direct …….

Terrible customer service! In fact it’s non existant, returned a nail polish to them in its original packaging, money taken out of my account on the 8th March and I still can’t get a refund! They ignore emails and all mail boxes are full so you can’t speak to them.
Have sent proof of postage and all details required to obtain a refund but I am still waiting, surely this isn’t acceptable! So I am left with £17.95 being taken out of my account which I can’t recover, how can this company treat its customers like this.

I waited a month but never arrived. I contacted customer service several times but they never answered.
I asked Paypal for a refund. It was a totally waste of time. So disappointed.

Bought a set of 7 polishes from Nails Inc. on the basis of fab reviews that they last up to 7 days. Despite having cleaned my nails, used their base and top coats they last 1 day - I guess unless you don't work, drive, cook or do any normal stuff. Impossible to return as they state you must return by post but none of the parcel companies will ship nail varnish as its hazardous! expensive mistake.

I have it for about 2 years now and my nails are shining like a diamond,highly recommended blue one Santorini 3.95£ price ,Buckingham Palace blue as well,neon full set,candy one for Valentines Day,you gonna amazing all your teachers and friends with this cute nails outfit ever..Very classy,sexy and of course lovely 😍 👌 👍

Terrible customer service. Reached out to them in regards to an Airway Bill received from the courier for my order containing VAT and handling charges. The order amount on the bill doesn’t match the actual amount paid and country of origin is France so I sought clarification from Nails Inc regarding these charges and their T&C’s to make sure it was a legit charge, etc.

If you like Nails Inc products, I’d recommend buying from another reseller than buying directly from them.

I bought a trio of polishes, (along with numerous bottles of other polishes) solely to obtain the advertised Gel Nails.Inc polish. The other 2 polishes I already have in my collection, so the purchase of this trio was ONLY to obtain the Gel polish. Upon arrival, it was not a Gel polish as advised but a regular Nails.Inc polish. I contacted their customer service to advise them of the error and asked if the correct polish could be sent as it was still in stock, and being advised as a Gel in the trio.That was on the 18/01/22. Three further emails later from myself, sent to Nails.Inc asking for a response and for the problem to be rectified. It is now 03/02/22, and still no reply.
It appears Nails.Inc attitude to an enquiry is to ignore the customer long enough, in the hope they will just "go away".
I am absolutely appalled and outraged by Nail.Inc disgraceful "customer service." To advertise a Gel polish only to be sent a regular polish is, at best, "misleading ", however their lack of accountability to have the courtesy to acknowledge, address and rectify the numerous emails sent to them is, as the title states, "Absolutely ABHORRENT".
