I ordered 2 products directly from nailsinc.com and only 1 item is being delivered after waiting a whole week for dispatch confirmation. No email to inform me the item was out of stock and my card was still charged for both items. Customer service not responding to emails and no contact number to speak to them!! No idea when I will be receiving a refund for the missing item. Very disappointed with this company.

Nail polish rapid remover pot for hands. It doesn’t work at all. Waste of money. Very disappointing.
Also the nail polishes are thin and streaky. Only last a couple of days. Spent over $300 worth of nail inc products and wouldn’t recommend.

Sent wrong item and customer service will not respond to emails to correct problem.

The quality of this nail polish is horrendous. Streaky and thin, takes 3 coats to make it look half decent. The brush is the worst I've ever used. Cheap and nasty, hardly any hair on it. I grudged giving this one star, I would definitely never ever buy this product again. In fact it's that bad I wouldn't take it for free.

Placed an order and within an hour or two reached out to cancel. Received a confirmation email that order had been cancelled. A week later I have been billed and the items are in the way, yet I'm expected to pay postage to return for an order I cancelled. Customer service are liars or can't be bothered to check and now am being fobbed off stating they're right and cancelled the order? Can't even get through now. Horrendous customer service, will never place another order again.

Nails Inc DO NOT test on animals.
They also DO NOT have Emu slaughtered cruelly to extract their oil.....unlike MARGARET DABBS company.

Dreadful nail polish goes on fine but chips so quickly

Never had an issue with thus polish until my recent order. Thought I would order a blue marble effect and a pink marble effect for my holiday. However the item is faulty, they are black and like water with no colour. Have written emails and tried phoning. NOTHING! This is abysmal customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again or any of their products. SO ANNOYED!!!

Terrible company sent three emails with a query regarding my purchase still waiting for reply CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOCKING will never shop with them again

I have never experienced such good results from a polish. I got the polish from a 'very expensive' advent calendar... used it 3 times and overwhelmed by the performance. It just sticks like '***' on a shovel. Brilliant! I am into DIY, got my hands in cleaning products, this polish just stays put!! I used.. Be Your inc.credible self with Nails.inc

Believe the reviews, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not expect a reply EVER from Nails INC - I have waited over 3 weeks - nothing!! DO NOT BUY

Brilliant product that lasts ages longer than most polishes. Love the bottle shape, brush quality and the variety of colours.

Really low quality. Flaked off mid nail within 2 days.

Ordered a week ago with a two to five days delivery. My order has not even been processed yet and they have already taken the money off my card. I emailed several times asking where my order is. Had one response saying they were looking in to it but nothing since. Rubbish customer service. No telephone number only email. Normally they take the money off your card when the order has been processed and sent out to you but I have already paid for the goods a week ago and the order is still showing that its waiting to be processed.

Wont use these again

I purchased their nail polish (Easy being green from their vegan line) my first front them for £9.50. I had it on for a week and when I took yhek
off saw that it stained my nails and made it look as if I had nail fungus. This has never happened with any other nail polishes I own. I was alarmed so I wrote asking for their advice a defensive rep replied saying bc I bought the polish through a retailer that I need to ask for a refund with them. I never even mentioned the word “refund”… I simply sent a photo and asked what was happening with my nails just wanting some advice. I replied saying just that then the rep said she will look into it and now it’s been nearly two weeks without any communication. Poor product, even poorer customer service. My nails are still yellow (3 weeks on) but not nearly as bad as it was on the first day.

The nail polish is of really good quality - it lasts a couple of days without any chip despite me washing my hands quite often and using my nails as if I hadn’t nail polish on.
It took a few days to get the order processed and shipped but the customer service was really helpful and even refunded me an item as it was out of stock. Really happy with my purchase.

Although the colours are great, the quality is not. Within 24 hrs of proper application as per the instructions, the polish starts chipping/wearing off the tips….and that’s whilst I was on holiday at home and not doing much. I will be sticking with brands that at least go for a few days before chipping/wearing off the nail tips. Am pretty annoyed at the waste of money and do not recommend this product.

I can honestly advise not to buy direct from Nails inc - buy from a retailer as the customer service is non-existent as others have reviewed!
My order hasn’t turned up, have emailed but no response in a week - even to acknowledge they’ll look into it!
I have had to re-order as it’s a large order but they now owe me a refund for the first missing order - they’re certainly not picking up my email though so I’m hoping I get it !!! I never dreamt to read reviews on this company first & I should have !!!

Their nail polishes are great, but their customer service is not. I emailed them to complain that their gift vouchers reduce the cost rather than substitute the payment as I feel this is unfair (means you can never qualify for free shipping or gifts, so you are worse off than using money). I emailed twice with no response. I then left a review on the gift vouchers explaining this and it was never approved, even though other (more positive) reviews I left on the same day have been approved and show on the website. This is very unethical in my opinion.

I never review anything…but the Nails Inc Glow Naturale kit is beyond spectacular!
It is beautifully sheer, with a slight colour and a subtle sheen. My nails still look totally natural and I will never use anything else!
