Placed order at end of December, the completely wrong order arrived & contained awful items that I wouldn’t even use. Have sent 4 emails with no response, absolutely disgusting they can get away with this. No other way of getting hold of them

Really disappointed I’m having the same experience as others. Products are good but one arrived with a crack. Three weeks in and I’m still without a message back from the company despite numerous chasers.

I recently ordered a set of 5 gel finish nail colours from their website. When it arrived only had 4 and a substitute. I have sent emails to their specified email address, no response. So sent one to their customer services team, no respose amd have tried to call but number on website is faulty. Nails Inc. The worst nail varnish I have ever used two coats,base and top coat and it you're lucky you get 2 days. QVC bang on how good quality it is so I tried I regretted.
The best nail varnish is Essie.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I sent three emails weeks apart, get a automated response and nothing else. Wrote a letter to the CEO, still nothing. I love their nails polishes but have bought a different brand now and won't be buying theirs again. They clearly don't care about customers one bit.

I placed three separate orders in the same day- and not a single one could be delivered by Royal Mail due to incomplete address by nailsinc service team. The delivery address on the order is correct.
Could not get hold of anyone. I have been charged but have no goods. No one seems to care nor are they responding or contactable. This is the worst customer service. My credit card has been charged £120 and I have nothing to show for it. Radio silence from their customer service. Appalling company. Please do not buy from their website. Their products are good so I will just have to get what I need from the concession counter at Boots.
What has happened that a company can get away with such a low level of service. It was their incompetence that prevented Royal Mail from delivering

As other reviewers found, Nails Inc customer services never respond! I cancelled an order (204161) and 5 days later it was despatched, despite me sending a follow-up email requesting confirmation of the cancellation prior to despatch. I received no response to any of my emails and there is no other way to contact them. I'm not going to waste money returning my order as I don't think I'll get a refund either. I've been a loyal customer for years but I will never buy from this company again. I would give 0 stars if I could!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service response. Contacted via email as their ingredients listing on a product is different to on the product label - not ideal for those who have allergies. Have had no response to the original email sent 2 weeks ago despite saying they would get back in touch in 48 hours. Sent a second follow up email but still no response. Disappointed.
Required chasing up for refund but all ok & good quality polish
I purchased a nail polish set as a gift but had to return it as it wasn't in a presentable gift box, just a plain cardboard box (unless the image shows it in a presentable box then assume it comes in a plain box). I posted it back to them but they didn't reply to my email within 48 hrs as stated; I had to chase them. They have now refunded my order with no problems.
I also purchased the Glowing Somewhere polish for myself and it's lovely - has a subtle glazed/pearlescent look which goes on smoothly without streaks. I will try out their other glazed colours too based on the quality of this one.
Their CS Dept never replies - I ordered two items and rec'd one
I ordered two items. One of the two arrived. I contacted their CS Email three times - received no reply. I filed a claim with Paypal. Seller did not reply. Escalated to Paypal Support. Seller still did not reply. Paypal found in my favor and provided a refund for the price of the one set I did not receive.

Company not interested in Customers
4 pieces sent instead of advertised 5 pieces. Customer services do not answer emails or phone calls. One bottle of nail varnish arrived with no explanation. What a way to run a company

Order got dispatched quite slowly. quality of nail polished are alright:
- i like that they dry quickly
- i like the colours i chose
- polish lasts up to a maximum of 7 days (for me)
- chips somewhat easily
Really awful customer service
Really awful customer service, if you ring you are cut off with a message that their mailbox is full and if you email you don’t get a reply! So disappointed, this company really needs to pull its socks up. I shall never buy from them again.
Poor customer service
I emailed nails inc on the 5th March asking their advice about chapped and brittle nails. An automated message said they’ll contact me within 48 hours. A week later I emailed again but no reply. It is now 8 days since I contacted them and still no reply. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Heat change polish rubbish!
The heat change polish I bought less than a year ago has absolutely no colour to it anymore. Completely white. I sent an email and they didn't want to help me. I know its been a year but I Don't use nail polish very often. I've only used it once on my nails. Seems like bad quality as I've got nail polishes 10 years old and they're going strong! Nails inc seem good quality but aren't in my personal opinion.
