Great selection, great products
There's a great selection of colors. I wish there were more autumn/darker orange options. Darker and mid tones in general. Not all of us wear glitter and pastels/brights. The products themselves are great. My nails are growing in better than they do on their own and I feel better about the way my hands look.

Is this a legit store?
This store felt so scummy and unprofessional with all the railroading. Not to mention all of the pop ups and last minute add-ons. If I didn’t know this was legit because I was directly asked to buy from it, I never would’ve bought it based on the urgency with the checkout process. It feels like a scam. Also, please for the love of god include a keep shopping button.

Severe allergic reaction
Severe allergic reaction. Three weeks of red puffy rash! Communicated with the company but no refund was given just a sincere apology. Thought more should be done to warn others of the possibility but there was never a resolution.

Nailboo Is A Pleasure
Nailboo makes a great product and has a great team that is ready to help if a problem arises. My order arrived with items missing. When I contacted customer service, my replacement items were in the mail within 24 hours, plus I was told to keep the items that were sent by mistake. It is refreshing to deal with a company whose employees are competent and have integrity.

Disappointing Experience — Damaged Nails and Poor Customer Support
I purchased the Forever Glaze Gel Polish kit from Nailboo after reading on their website that their gel polish can help strengthen nails. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I followed all directions carefully, yet after using the product my nails became flaky, peeling, and extremely soft. They’re genuinely ruined and I have THE hardest nails.
I spent over $100 on the full kit and reached out to customer service once I realized the long-term effects, but because I was outside the 30-day return window, they said there was nothing they could do. Even if I had reached out sooner, they only offer a 15% refund outside the window—which feels unreasonable for a product that was stated to caused damage. I wasn’t able to use the kit immediately, and the nail issues didn’t appear until after removal, so the return policy doesn’t offer much flexibility.
Additionally, the website claims the product is easy to remove, but it wasn’t at all and took forever to come off even following their instructions and using their specific $25 patented nail polish remover hand bowl. I had hoped this would be different from salon gel, but sadly it wasn’t.
Overall, I’m really disappointed—with both the results and the customer service response.

Nailboo helped me because I have fibromyalgia
I have fibromyalgia and the powder makes it so much easier for me to do my own manicures now. I can't wait till my second order is delivered today. I'm looking forward to the new colors of powder I got plus I bought a few magnetic gel polishes to try out as well.
