Been trying for weeks now to get my xbox account link to their game, WRC generations but to No avail. I reached out, they emailed 2 weeks later saying they have fixed the issue but the issue is still there. Their website is very limited to the point you cannot even close your account. They provide a link that you can use to “unlink” your xbox profile but that does not exist. Just wow… I guess one day in the future they will respond. Who knows 🤷🏽

Ho regalato circa due anni fa questo il Revolution Pro 2 al mio ragazzo. Dopo nemmeno un anno si è iniziato a danneggiare, purtroppo è stato inutilizzabile giusto dopo la fine della garanzia.
Chiamo l'assistenza che mi dice che NON HANNO un centro riparazioni (scherziamo??) e che l'avrebbero potuto solo sostituire se fosse stato ancora in garanzia. In sostanza, DA BUTTARE.
Mi hanno detto comunque di mandare una mail mostrando il mal funzionamento del controller per potermi dare due dritte e cercare di ripararlo da sola: dopo più di un mese aspetto di essere contattata con le eventuali istruzioni!!
E' davvero vergognoso! Non c'è un centro riparazione che, anche pagando abbastanza, ripari gli articoli: se vi si rompe dopo due anni che scade la garanzia si è fregati! Lo si può buttare!
Il problema è che sono controller costosi, ho speso 70 euro per non avere nemmeno un'assistenza decente!

The Evolution Pro controller is a heap of plastic junk. Once thumb stick pads are worn/ broken you can not get replacement pads. Customer service send you to were you bought the controller. Also the PC app does not open . Best go for another brand controller.

Aujourd'hui Nacon font mieux, ils encaissent les paiements des commandes des clients(e)s, puis ils vous suppriment leurs comptes sans jamais rien leur envoyer. J'invite les victimes à saisir la Direction Générale des Fraudes. Le siège sociale de cette pseudo société est basée dans le nord de la France.
Étrangement leur numéro de téléphone ne coïncide même pas entre celui que Nacon met sur Facebook et sur le site c'est pour dire.

acheter il y a 3 mois cette manette a rapidement presenter un bug, puis deux je changeais ma config pour continuer a jouer puis un 3 eme bug et en plus deux bouton qui deconne,serieux c est le plus mauvais achat que j ai fait, je voulais tester un produit francais pour changer, je retourne vers d autre fabriquant car ici ,je ne souhaite et n attend plus rien de ce fabriquant, d autre auront peu etre plus de chance tant mieux pour eux

assistenza inesistente rispondono quando vogliono tutta via ho acquistato da manco 1 mese un controller da loro dopo nemmeno 2 utilizzi il tasto lb rimane bloccato tasto che non uso quasi mai ma che fa comodo in alcuni sparatutto

I ordered their Rig800HD headphone during black friday sales. they said the expecting delivery is within 48-72h.
They are using one of worst shipping service with rating around 1 star called Chronopost.
Now after one week, the package still in the post not even moved to another place.
Contact them on email twice, no respond.

If I wont receive it this week or get any respond from their support, I will dispute payment.
Edit: I received my Headphone, its very awesome one, I also received an email they apology for late reply. informing me that I was contacting them through different email address.

Honestly, I cannot believe this company is still in business. I purchased a controller and when it turned up, it looked amazing! It literally looked like a B-2 stealth bomber.
Unfortunately, it was very apparent the controller was faulty. It's been over a month since I first contacted "customer service", if you can even call it that, and I'm still waiting for a replacement. It takes them over a week to reply to an email. They even made me film a narrated video to "prove" the issue existed.
The fault: the right joy stick was activating even when I didn't touch it, making it almost impossible to use.
I contacted Nacom support with an explination of the problem. They then asked me to explain the problem...so I again explained the problem. They then asked me for a narrated video showing the issue so that they could "Further help me". I was not able to do this at the time so I simply told them this and stated that they need to refund me or replace the faulty product. They again asked me for a video.
I finally sent them a video and they emailed me saying: "We inform you that we transferred your request for replacement of your controller GC100-XF and your shipping address to the relevant department for verification on the warranty.
We will come back to you as soon as possible in order to confirm the replacement. "
That was on the 25th August. It's 9th September as I write this. I have heard nothing from them. It's been over a month since I first got in touch with them about this issue.
Absolute TRASH company. The email headers are in Italian so Iguess their customer service is a bad as their driving.

Après quelques semaines elle deviennent défectueuse j'ai pu essayer la nacon revolution 2 le bouton l2 devient defectueux vise tous seul et la nacon revolution illimited 3 les bouton l1 et l2 sont devenu complètement tactile le service clientèle vous demandent d'envoyer une vidéo du problème et après ne vous répond plus jamais à fuir !!! Qualité et service médiocre

I bought a joypad, after just 2 months it started giving me ghosting problems. I tried to contact them by phone but it seems the number doesn't even exist. The emails on the other hand are completely ignored. Bad product and service

If one of their products breaks (and in my experience, there's a good chance it will), they just don't want to know. They use a warranty as a selling-point, but when something happens that means you have a potential claim, they ignore all emails sent to them. I sent over half a dozen, with no response.
An absolutely disgraceful company who don't deserve to still be in business.
