Just had an extremely rude employee deliberately ignore a reasonable adjustments request and cut off a chat without providing an email.in fact he decided to close the live chat as soon as i mentioned it.The employee i spoke to acted cretinous and refused to talk to his supervisor about a 2010 equality act request that i was making because they wanted photos and videos of the problem . They wanted a photo of what the playstation home button does once you press it. thats the level of inept we are talking about here.....
One of these days you are going to realize that im being serious about these issues. im not asking for adjustments just for the hell of it. The process stresses me out everytime so my aim is get things sorted before things get out of hand . So when you do things that only waste my time , how do you think i feel?
Im sorry but Sending Unnecessary photos isnt just a 5 minute job for me any more its finding the email, its remembering how to attach pictures and then trying to work out how to fit a video in under the file limit. The whole process has to be done with one hand because after my stroke i lost feeling in my left hand which also happens to be the reason i use your controllers in the first place. So yeah to video the problem i need one hand , so what do you exspect me to do about the hand you need to ,manipulate the playstation controller at the same time? Its a whole load of skillls i just cant do any more since i had the stroke but you keep ignoring this all yeah and force me to explain the situation repetitively in public like all the others . you still haven't sent an email letting me know where to send anything to . its frustrating yes but im asking for help and the processs just keeps getting more complicated because your staff cannot understand a very simple explanation of what was going wrong and demanded a video without any other explanation other than ''its policy'' I explained on multiple occassions that since ive had the stroke i cant just casually send photos and videos to prove every warranty claim and i requested a reasonable adjustments to help get passed the problem Your employee or the rude little man as i he is now known instead told me he was cutting the conversation off twice and told me to email them without giving me a proper address to write down or send to. this is appaling......... The employyee in question had obviously never used a ps5 before and could not understand what the controller switch screen looks like on a ps5 . Then because of this inexsperience, he started requesting videos and photos of a problem that did not require them, So unless you are going to come round and help me do the video, or pay to have someone come nd help me then you need to give another option dont you? If your policy means discriminating against people with disabilities then its the policy at fault not me.
Employyee ignored two separate requests for reasonable adjustments. wouldnt even raise it with his supervisor.
Also the live chat function vanished entirely for me after being cut off the second time .
Not much i can do now other than complain and report you for ignoring legal requirements on purpose.
You up to nearly 80% negative comments at the moment Nacon , that's wilfull negligence at that point. Is this really the behavior of an official PlayStation partner? Im going to ask sony the same question now as well.
By the way , the adjustment i was going to ask for was just permission to have someone else handle the claim so i dont have to be involved getting throughly enraged at your complete disregards for disabled rights. Or you can you know? do what every other company does and not suggest im a liar by requesting videos and photos for every complaint you get just to be obnoxious. it turns out that the problem with your controller has bricked all of my origional controllers aswell. i cant even turn the playstation off without unplugging the power.
The photo and video problem is clearly your way of preventing, slowing and making life a general misery for anyone that has to come to you with a problem that may or may not cost you money. I'm so bored of you all having this attitude just because you have to engage a little bit of thought to find solutions to problems like disability.
Update, this company is breaking the law and doing it in writing like the genius they are so i will be pursuing them for discrimination which is exactly what refusing a 2010 equality act request falls under legally isnt it Nacon?.. Ask your employee Torwen if you want to know which genius did that...
So ive made two separate requests to two separate people and the first person repeatedly tried just cutting the conversatioon short everytime i mentioned it and the second person turned round and basically said ''not my problem'', ''not my department''. you obviously not been training staff Nacon.

Na contact met hen te hebben opgenomen via het formulier op de website heb ik het antwoord gekregen dat ik mijn mail moest dubbelchecken en indien ik echt niets had ontvangen opnieuw een formulier invullen via de website. Dat heb ik ook gedaan maar na een week en 4 mails geen antwoord meer ontvangen. Beter iets meer uitgeven op een betrouwbare site dan hier je aankoop te doen.

Poor service as when I go to ask for help says I need to be signed when I can’t sign in. Poor customer service and the people that design this seriously need a good talking to

So I wanted to hate this controller and was looking for faults down to having to pay a shipping fee but first of all I could not fault it one but it really is one of the best controllers iv ever used so responsive and nice click buttons feels great in your hands and you can actually reach the back buttons with ease fully programmable either using the LCD display on the controller or the app on the Xbox the controller is made out of solid quality materials and is 100% premium for me it's the 2nd best controller for Xbox on the planet not to my one issue is I got a £45 fee for shipping that I was not made aware of until the controller had been delivered which I really was not happy although the seller said they will reimburse on receipt of payment so kind of cancels it out but other than that nacon is the controller you need if you pro game

Got in touch with nacon on a £200 controller that had around 10 days warranty - within 24 hours I had an authorisation to return to Argos for a replacement. Which i received no quibble and with a further two year warranty to boot!! Excellent service

J'ai acheté plusieurs manettes chez eux, et honnêtement c'est une catastrophe, tu peux pas tiré, ni construire, et enfaîte tu peux rien faire sur n'importe quel jeux,alors qu'elle est censée être neuve, franchement niveau arnaque c'est difficile de faire mieux que sa, je déconseille fortement de prendre quoi que ce soit chez eux

So after being sold a pad that cost…
So after being sold a pad that cost 179.99 GBP that was not working properly i was ignored for over 48hrs and then asked for video proof of the pad not working before i would be given the return address details.
I was then told I would have to cover the return costs. They still haven't paid me my cost after nearly a month.
Futher update.
I have been asked to edit review because the company that still hasn't paid me my costs of returning a faulty item to them have falsely accused me of lying about what has happened. Instead of just paying what they still owe me there have instead tried to silence me
I have asked them multiple times for proof that they have paid me. Of course none has been provided as it hasn't happened
I have been emailing them constantly.
The e commerce department are lying thives.
This company should not he trusted at all.

I had to get my bank to force a charge back just to get my original transaction back.
I am still out of pocket my costs of returning the faulty pad that they sold to me.
After having my email blocked by them because i would not accept the obvious lies i was being told.
This includes them telling me i have received a refund.
I sent them my bank statements that show that was not the case.
More time wasting lies, investigations ect.
Days by and still no updates or refund.
I ask muilple times via all available forms of communication with them and get ignored.
Requested a call back via their online website.
No call back was made.
Blow up the live chat.
Too busy to call me apparently.
Then just get ignored again.
I start a formal fraud investigation against them.
Suddenly their looking into it.
I won't hold my breath as they've been lying this whole time but who knows.
Anyway i want to keep updating this in the hope i can stop anyone else from having to go through this.
Also this might be of help to anyone else who is also having their time and money disrespected by this vile, unethical and criminal company
Faulty Controller Replacement
My problem with a faulty controller was actioned promptly and a replacement shipped which I have received.
The only snag was that by accessing support via the website sent the request to the US team instead of the UK.
Arnaque au colis
Je passe une commande pour un stick arcade (oui celui en partenariat avec Kayane et mis en avant par d'autre influenceur/youtubeur) le 7Janvier, le 12Janvier le colis est soit disant livré mais je n'ai rien reçu je fais donc une réclamation auprès du fournisseur (en l'occurrence colissimo) et il me dise que si le colis avais de la valeur il aurai du être livré avec signature et/ou avis de réception et conformité ce qui n'était pas le cas. Ils envoient un colis à + de 200euros comme un vulgaire colis Temu et suite à mes échange avec eux ils me conseillent de demander à mes voisins et autre conneries du genre. Bref à l'heure actuelle plus d'une semaine c'est écoulée sans aucune réponse de leurs part et les procédures à enclencher pour faire opposition au paiement sont catastrophique car ils ont bien ficelez leurs arnaques. Société à fuir, pour les produits en eux même je ne saurai pas vous dire mais n'achetez rien directement chez eux c'est une honte. Les autres avis sont effrayant j'aurai du me renseigner avant....
