Je suis satisfait des services de l'entreprise Nacon. J'ai commandé un étui pour Nintendo Switch 2 le mercredi 2 juillet et j'ai reçu la marchandise dès le vendredi 4 juillet. Je précise que j'habite en Pologne, dans la ville de Koszalin. Livraison express et produit entièrement fonctionnel. Je recommande. Meilleurs vœux.

Kann nichts mit machen, wird nicht von PC oder ps4 erkannt. 50€ Müll! Auf der offiziellen Seite versucht sich anzumelden, klappt auch nicht. Support nicht erreichbar.

Compro un controller e dopo pochi mesi il grilletto ha problemi di drifting.
Invio scontrino, video che dimostra il difetto, e tutte le cose da loro richesto
Mi rispondono che mi avrebbero riccontatato per la sostituzione del controller.
Ma non si fanno piu sentire
Li ricontatto dicendomi che devo rinviare tutto.
Sono dei buffoni non comprero piu niente da loro

Customer service bot is useless and unhelpful and the contact form is just throwing errors. No shipping options appear to be available to Northern Ireland and no explanation has been provided.

I ordered a PS5 Nacon Revolution Pro in January directly from the Nacon website. It arrived with defective sticks. Well, it happens, I thought. Let's try again.
I ordered another one, but it arrived with a defective plastic cover. I returned both in one package within 2 weeks, I had to pay for return shipping. Several times I was assured that I would receive a full refund including the shipping cost.
It's the end of March, 3 months have passed and I'm still waiting for my refund. My emails are being ignored, chat support is beyond useless. There is no phone number to call.
I am forced to take legal actions (police + lawyer) and go to court.

I'm going through a similar experience as others who have reviewed. I ordered a game directly from them and received an email of shipment on February 6. I periodically checked the provided tracking # and found that there was an issue with customs and the parcel was being held at the airport.
I emailed Nacon support on February 28 when I noticed that the parcel was returned to sender. I received a very generic auto response that was of no help at all. I emailed again when I got no response, this time getting a response from what seemed to be a person, informing me that a new parcel would be sent with an update to follow...that was March 4.
It's now been a total of about a month and a half and I still have no product and communication has been abysmal.
The last email from this company was a satisfaction survey, sent on March 9... they had the nerve to ask for my opinion and they got it.
DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM NACON...COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!

Faulty headset. No response from this company for well over 2 weeks and then finally I get a generic response that's got nothing to do with my email.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Until my issue is resolved I will be telling everyone who joins my popular gamer forum not to use this company. So far it looks like I'll be saying that forever

Nach 5 Emails und Kontaktaufnahme auch über das Kontaktformular keinerlei Reaktion!
Telefonwarteschleife nach 110 Minuten beendet. Nachdem ich über den Support Chat eine andere Emailadresse mitgeteilt bekommen habe, habe ich meine Reklamation nochmals gestellt.
Antwort: meine Bestellung sei über 3 Monate her, deshalb müsste ich die Kosten selber tragen für die Retoure.
Ich habe am 18.12.2024 bestellt, wo sind es bitte 3 Monate?! Auf diese Antwort habe ich Nie eine Antwort bekommen.

Ich habe nun wirklich überlegt die Kosten selber zu tragen, soll aber eine Rechnung beilegen, habe aber Nie eine bekommen!

Order headphones on 4th January. Email from Nacon on the 7th to say they had been dispatched. Tracking number arrived shortly after. I tracked the headphones to the airport in France. A few days later I checked and it said that the packaging was incorrect. The following day the tracking said that the documentation was incorrect and that the company had been contacted.

7 days later, the parcel was returned to Nacon.

It took me weeks of emailing (sometimes every day) and sending them DMs for them to acknowledge what had happened. First they said "we can see that the parcel has been delivered" and I had to reply and say "YES, IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BACK TO YOU"!!!

When they finally sent a new parcel, the tracking number was invalid and today I received a letter from Parcelforce saying I have to pay an extra £22.79 because Nacon haven't paid the correct duties.

Shockingly poor service. I only hope the headphones are worth the effort. Avoid at all costs!!!

Sono 3 volte che acquisto un loro prodotto,precisamente acquisto il controller assymetric wireless,posso dire che questo controller non vale niente,sono 3 volte che mi viene camvbiato perchè nel giro di qualche mese,massimo un'anno puntualmente le levette analogiche sinistra o destra si rompono. Ultimo controller acquistato 10 mesi fa e presenta la levetta analogica sinistra che non rientra più in posizione. Ho contattato la nacon e sono 10 giorni che aspetto una loro sostituzione nonostante abbia già mandato foto del problema,foto della fattura d'acquisto e foto della conversazione con il venditore che diceva che in caso di assistenza bisogna contattare direttamente la nacon. Una cosa è certa,questo è l'ultimo prodotto nacon che acquisterò. La prossima volta acquisterò marchè più serie rispetto a questi buffoni di nacon

Awful, ordered a controller, has not turned up £166 it cost me... emailed a bunch of times, no response what so ever.. as far as I can tell they just ignore you.. will never buy again and will be taking legal action if not contacted by them soon

Ordered a control pad on the 30th. Tracking hasn't been updated in more than a week. Stuck somewhere in France. Contacted Nacon 3 days ago. Keep being told that the support team will get back to me. Nothing yet. It's now past delivery time on the 9th. So will be 11 days tomorrow.

Impossible de les joindre depuis la Belgique, retour payant, aucun service de garantie. 2 casque à 80€ qui lâchent pour la deuxième fois à cause du fil.

Item never arrived. They wouldn’t help and told me to investigate why it never turned up. It’s not my problem to investigate this. They are the ones who booked FedEx to send parcel the contracts between them not me and FedEx. Last time I will ever use them.

J'ai demandé plusieurs fois à Nacon sur leurs réseaux sociaux comment se faire rembourser le jeu Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown en version Gold sur PS5 car le jeu est ultrabugué et nous attendons toujours des correctifs réels notamment concernant les graphismes qui sont comparables à une PS3. Le jeu n'est pas conforme à ce qui devais nous être vendu! Une grosse arnaque!

Kompletter betrug … größte schrott, mich ärgert so das geld bezahlt zu haben. 2 stk gekauft beide kaputt in kürzester zeit ( 3 monate ) mein alter kontroller der bei der konsole dabei war hält dagegen tapfer 0_o
