I'm still in the process of getting approved but so far my naca mortgage counselor has been very patient with me in the process.

Naca is the only mortgage company of its kind. Bruce Marks is, to me, a social justice vigilante. The Martin Luther King of Housing.
It is a longer process but worth every moment.

I started my journeed to buy my dream house in July 2025. AT first it was a little difficult for me to understand how the program worked, but thanks to my counselor. Ms. Gladys G., I began to understand the process and the great opportunity we have to buy a home.
The process is demanding and requires a lot of documentation to prove eligibility.I had to focus on lowerinng my debts,avoiding new ones. Thanks to my counselor's guidance, I'm making a great progress and my savigs are growing. I recomded teh NACA program 100% It takes time but is complettely worth it. I trully appreciate teh NACA program to given me the oportunity to become a homeowner.

I am currently in the middle of working through the NACA program.I am having a positive experience so far but Since my process is still ongoing, I am keeping my rating neutral for now. Once I have completed all the steps and finalized everything, I will return to post a full, detailed review of my entire experience.

My experience with NACA has been a very positive and eye-opening journey so far. The process is very thorough, and while there is a lot of documentation and preparation involved, I appreciate that NACA takes the time to make sure you are truly prepared for homeownership.
My counselor has been helpful throughout the process and has taken the time to review my financial situation, answer my questions, and explain what I need to provide. The process has also helped me take a much closer look at my finances, my budget, my credit, and my overall financial goals.
What I appreciate most about NACA is that they are not simply helping you purchase a home—they are helping you understand the responsibility that comes with owning one. I have learned more about budgeting, financial stewardship, debt management, and preparing for a mortgage payment that fits within my budget.
There have definitely been moments when gathering all of the paperwork has felt overwhelming, but I understand why the process is so detailed. I am committed to completing each step and continuing toward my goal of becoming a homeowner.

NACA is the best mortgage company in America. With no down payment, closing costs etc along with a dedicated team that provides counseling, support throughout the entire application.

Amazing company with an amazing mission to make homeownership affordable for working people. By far the best mortgage available to your average working person. Only downside is they don’t back the mortgages themselves and instead use BofA for financing which can make qualification feel like a part time job.
