The reasons of my 5 reviews of this company is the fact that they are so helpful and knowledgeable and have a compassion to their clients! They help me a lot in my needs processing all my paperwork and have a big heart being patient with me listening in my problems experience with my solar panels!!! 1 STAR: Stay Away! My experience was extremely disappointing. I was told my PACE loan was one of the strongest candidates they had seen and that I was an excellent candidate for legal representation. Based on that assessment, they referred me to one of their recommended law firms.

After reviewing my case, the law firm declined to represent me, stating:

"After a thorough review of the information, we have taken careful consideration to ensure that our decision aligns with the best interests of both you as the potential client as well as our firm. Regrettably, we must respectfully decline the opportunity to represent you in this claim."

As a result, I'm now in a worse financial position than when I started. I'm still dealing with my solar debt and also paying for services that ultimately did not lead to legal representation. My experience did not match the expectations that were set, and I wish I had known that being told I was a strong candidate did not necessarily mean a law firm would agree to take my case.

I have reached out to My Solar Claim and will continue posting real-time updates as this process unfolds. If they make things right, I'll update this review accordingly. If not, I'll document that as well. My goal is to share my experience so others can make an informed decision based on how this is ultimately handled.

August 22nd (Update) 2 STARS

After my original review, I continued communicating with My Solar Claim regarding my concerns. Although the first law firm they referred me to ultimately declined representation, My Solar Claim offered to connect me with a second independent law firm.

The second attorney agreed to represent me. I appreciate the opportunity to continue moving forward and to have my matter reviewed and handled by independent counsel. At this point, I am optimistic that this next step will allow things to move in the direction I originally hoped for.

I will continue to update this review as things develop and provide a final update once the matter is resolved.

Mrs Gina was very polite and explained everything to me about how the process will take place I really appreciate how knowledgeable she was and making sure i understood the process

Seems legit.. very professional and assuring.. I didn’t think I was ever going to be able to do anything about my contract.. I knew I was screwed.. but now I see a light at the end of the tunnel
