My Solar Claim is currently scamming my father out of thousands. We’re fighting it but they intentionally make it impossible by giving us the runaround and avoid talking to my husband or I. They’re taking advantage of an 80 year old disabled veteran. Shameful. Charging thousands of $$$ to “help” them get their money back and slaps an almost 30% interest rate. They’re are so many complaining on Reddit too about your lack of help and how you charge thousands of dollars to pretend to help so I know we’re not the only ones. My solar claim, you use Klarma and you have NOT spoken with my father. We’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB next. It’d attach a picture if I could. $7000 is what YOU have billed him over a period of 1 year and 4 months

It felt like a waste of my time just to spend 12 mins for me to add my signature to my report and to schedule the next call, which I hope has some better information that is given for next steps in this process. I have spent a lot of money towards this process and just seems to be more wasted phone calls that could be less calls. Also during my call, it was hard to hear as there was a bird squawking in the background. I have had better more informative conversations with Jimmy. I just hope this hasn't been a waste of more money like the solar panels that brought me here.
