I was given the bird feeder project as a total beginner and I have been absolutely hooked! The teaching video is so easy to follow that if I can do it anyone can! Loving the whole process and the finished product (even if mine have been a bit wonky!!)

I bought myself the oval basket kit and really enjoyed doing this and learning some new techniques. I’ve done in person and online weaving courses before and I really like the very detailed nature of these videos, and all the extra tips given along the way. Then I bought myself and my daughter the star kits - she lives far away so we did this together over two days on FaceTime!
I had one missing course link which was rectified immediately once I emailed. I will definitely use these courses again.

Always wanted to try willow weaving. Spent a lovely few hours making the Willow star, the course instructions were excellent and easy to follow. Had to watch a few times, but did that before materials arrived. Really looking forward to making more as I feel more confident now to tackle something else. The response and advice was quick when I had questions, 100% recommend.

Enjoyable very clear tutorial, that I was able to go back over instructions several times. The customer service is brilliant, quick reply to any questions that came up, certainly looking forward to my next challenge.

The kit did take a little while to turn up(think I ordered mine before Christmas and got it 3-4 weeks ago, but when it did I had every thing I needed and had already been sent a link to access the course so I could watch them before I got started. The videos describe everything you need to know in clear step by step instructions including preparing your dry bundle of sticks when they do arrive. I've just finished my bird feeder and despite a few hassles, it looks great....the birds are choosing this nice sunny day to ignore my efforts but we'll see how it holds up when they decide to come back. I was also contacted to ask how I was getting on (my sticks were still soaking at the time) but communication is RAPID. Overall loved the whole experience and would definitely recommend them. Thinking of saving for the bird house next.

What a fabulous company. Great videos which make weaving really achievable. Fantastic people and customer service. I’ve done several of the baskets and the online videos are really detailed, with hints and tips that make it really possible to weave baskets starting from zero experience. I’ve been weaving now for a year - round, oval and square baskets, trays, stars and now reindeers. It’s been a joy to learn a new skill and with such greater tuition and support. Beware! Read previous reviews about kits not arriving!
I ordered a basket kit on 30.1.25 and despite an email saying it had shipped, it was never sent to the courier and a fortnight later it still hasn't been sent. Promises by owner to 'follow up with warehouse' haven't happened. Also, the link that was sent giving me access to the course went instead to a screen asking for £129 and designed to look like my original payment hadn't gone through (the payment had already been taken when I ordered, I checked). Unsuspecting people will have money taken from their accounts twice if they assume their payment has failed and still not receive their kit or have access to the course. I am treating this company as a scam until I have proof otherwise in which event I will update this review. If you still decide to order from this company after reading this review, I strongly recommend you pay by PayPal so that you have a chance of getting your money back.

UPDATE 21.02.25: My items have finally arrived after a chapter of excuses - car accident, run out of leather, problems with computer etc. This took nearly a month so be aware if you want to receive a kit without hassle or within a reasonable timeframe.

Kit for market basket was great with enough willow and the online course was comprehensive. Course presenter Mollie was very knowledgeable and encouraging and i am very pleased with my result as it was my first go at basketry.

I bought the wicker shopping basket for my 21 year old son as a birthday present.
He loved the course and successfully completed the basket. It's absolutely beautiful and he's so chuffed with it.
The online teacher in the course was very good and clear.

I have 2 courses as a gift. And I have done the first one, loved it. So easy to follow and can pause and take your time. The tension tray is a great start with enough product to produce 2. I needed help on the course, (my fault... pressed the wrong button on the computer) I rang up and the phone was answered by a person!!!😀😀 And help was there... Amazing love it, and you can do the same course over and over again. Exceptional valve for money and really good for keeping the brain and hands active.

What a great Christmas present.
Never worked with willow before and was a good experience.
Need to make sure you read the instructions and look at the videos,it's not to be rushed, wasn't sure if I socked the willow and let it rest enough, found the willow splits , but plenty of spares.
Have enough willow to make another star , hopefully with better results, we learn from our mistakes.

I bought the shopping basket and got the tension tray as an added bonus!

I did the tension tray before Christmas and I’m about half way through my shopping basket.

I’ve done lots of different craft learning but this has to be the best. The videos are completely clear and being able to watch how to do the hand movements is brilliant and watch them over and over.

I also had an issue (I’d not made my bottom arched enough - first attempt problem) and they were so quick to reply with tips which was amazing.

Would recommend to anyone I am totally addicted!!

Just brilliant. I have been wanting to have a go at creating something out of willow for years, but always seemed daunting, and had no idea where to begin. I am so pleased I took the plunge, and ordered the bird feeder. The tuition is absolutely superb. I am a complete beginner. It was thorough, well explained, in a calm and steady pace to keep up with ( you can also pause, rewind etc). Will definitely be ordering another course and hone my new skill

This was one of the best Christmas present my husband ever got me. Kit arrived quickly and had everything I needed with extra willow just in case you need it.
I did have a technical issue with the link to the enroll on the course but this is probably my husband fault, emailed Patrick on Christmas Day (not expecting a reply until the will after Christmas) and he messaged back supper quick. That’s customer service!!!.
100% recommend to any crafter that like there garden too.

Quick delivery, my husband ordered me a willow course for Christmas, at my request. It was delivered quickly and has been standing in the corner of my kitchen for the past month!
I was so excited to finally open it last week and start watching the online videos explaining what each project was and the steps to complete each one. The tutor was very lovely and easy to follow. It was easy to pause and give myself a bit more time when needed. Handling willow is a completely new thing for me and I absolutely loved it. Sometimes the willow broke a bit and the videos assured me that this was normal and part of handling a natural product. I never felt like I was doing it wrong or wasn't good enough. I simply pulled out another reed and started that bit again.
I was so pleased with my finished star which looked even more impressive when I attached the tiny lights which were included in the pack.
Thank you so much not only for teaching me a new skill but for giving me something I'm not ashamed to put on the wall. I can see the imperfections but that's part of the journey. Can't wait to try the next two projects.
I can't see how to add a photo but if I work it out I will because it's beautiful and you won't believe that this is my first ever try at using willow. In the meantime you'll just have to take my word for it 😃

Great service. Delivered on time but was missing 1 item, I contacted Patrick, he responded very quickly and sent the item out all has now been received and was received within a couple of days. Mistakes happen but this was rectified very quickly. Would definitely order again

I purchased 5 star kits for my daughter. Kits turned up fine. I never actually got confirmation email. (Had several emails saying order not complete). I have tried contacting company as without "course" all have is a pile of sticks.

I had exactly the same issue as Ken. No product, contacted after a week, would be with me the next day. No sign of it and no further contact. Luckily I paid by credit card and was able to claim it back. I would avoid!
Update: Patrick contacted me after Christmas and has delivered the items free of charge. The items look good. I have not yet looked at the course.

Due to my error there is a mistake in my order but I spoke today on the phone with the company who are going to send me the product I wanted. The video guides are really good, comprehensive and helpful. I’m really looking forward to starting the project. I like to support small businesses
