Die Villa war okay, nicht unbedingt Luxus, aber modern. Die Couch ist auch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal erneuert werden.
Kein deutsches Fernseh, nutzte mein Prime. Die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, aber okay.
Es müsste mal einen neuen Staubsauger und Kaffemaschine geben, ziemlich alt und funktionierte etwas schwerfällig.
Die Liegen sind veraltet und es sind keine guten Auflagen drauf. Bettwäschenwechsel nach 7 Tagen erfolgte nicht. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Betten ziemlich klein, bin mir nicht sicher ob die Maße lt. Beschreibung stimmen. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt einen Bäcker und 2 Lebenmittelgeschäfte in Fussnähe und Fazana/Pula ist nicht weit, mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Was ein bischen nervig war, ist das Hundegebell drumherum, vorallen abends.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Boravak u Villi Art u Debeljaku je bio fantastičan. Villa ima apsolutno sve potrebno za opuštajući odmor. Jedino što je nedostajalo je vanjski sanitarni čvor. Malo je problematično kad se mora s bazena ići u villu koristiti sanitarni čvor.
Međutim, to nimalo ne umanjuje vrijednost ville i gostoljubivost domaćice. Hladnjak je bio ispunjen poklonima dobrodošlice, što nas je oduševilo.
Svakako najtoplije preporuke.

Vi ble kontaktet og ønsket velkommen gjennom sms fra vert før avreise. Fikk en omvisning i villaen av en hyggelig dame, som sto og ventet da vi ankom villaen. Villaen var helt fantastisk!! Kan virkelig anbefale å bo i Villa Katarina! Nærme restaurant og butikk. Nydelig basseng med solsenger!
Vi hadde leiebil, så vi fikk mulighet til å kjøre til ulike badeplasser og småbyer.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this villa in Croatia, and everything was absolutely perfect. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Our host was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Spędziliśmy w tej willi cudowne dni – pobyt był naprawdę fantastyczny. Wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, znaleźliśmy właśnie tutaj. Miejsce jest przepiękne, z zachwycającym widokiem, który każdego dnia nas oczarowywał. Niesamowite uczucie – siedzieć przy stole z bliskimi, delektować się posiłkiem i jednocześnie podziwiać bajeczny zachód słońca. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy w pełni się zrelaksować. Polecam z całego serca każdemu, kto marzy o wypoczynku w pięknym otoczeniu, z dala od zgiełku.

ein sehr schönes Haus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt: geschmackvolle Einrichtung, großzügige Gestaltung und sehr gepflegt. Dazu außerordentliche Gastgeber: Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung sind wir erst gegen 3.00 h am nächsten Morgen vor Ort gewesen. Marino hat auf uns vor Ort gewartet und uns sogar etwas zu Essen vorbereitet.

Im Juni hatten wir das große Glück, einen wundervollen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa Grandfathers Courtyard in Stankovci zu verbringen. Der Ort ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie kleine Restaurants sind im Ort vorhanden, sodass man bequem alles Notwendige erreichen kann.
Die gesamte Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Villa selbst ist beeindruckend – großzügig, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einem großen Pool, einem Holzkohlegrill sowie einer gemütlichen Sitzecke ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenwäsche, Spültabs und Reinigungsmittel – die Unterkunft ist perfekt vorbereitet.
Sowohl die Villa als auch der Pool entsprechen exakt den auf den Bildern dargestellten Eindrücken. Sie bieten einen authentischen Einblick in die tatsächliche Ausstattung und den Zustand der Unterkunft.
Jeden zweiten Tag besuchte uns Brankica, um den Poolbereich zu reinigen und für Sauberkeit zu sorgen – hierfür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken. Zur Begrüßung wurden wir mit einem Apfelstrudel, einer Speck- und Käseplatte sowie Wein und Likör willkommen geheißen – eine liebevolle Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Auf unsere Nachfrage, ob man den Wein auch kaufen könne, besorgte Brankica uns sogar einige Flaschen extra.
Wir können diese wunderschöne Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft bei Brankica und Jakov bedanken. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erlebt.

I tried to get in touch with the agency to share my feedback and point out the issues we experienced, which didn’t match the description on the booking site. Unfortunately, they never contacted me back to resolve the situation.

Even when they asked me to leave a review, I replied and asked them to call me, explaining that the review wouldn’t be a positive one. Still, no response—so I’m leaving my feedback here.

The house shown on the booking site was not the one we were actually given. We were shocked when we arrived and saw that the property was not as presented. The heated pool, which was a top priority for us (especially because we were traveling with kids), didn’t function properly and was only usable during the last two days of our stay—yet we paid the full price. I had contacted them multiple times before our arrival, emphasizing that the pool was our number one priority. Still, the issue wasn’t addressed.

Additionally:

The table soccer listed on the booking page was not there.

The cleanliness of the house was disappointing: the lawn was not mowed, there were cobwebs and spiders inside, along with visible dust in corners.

There were nails scattered in the yard, one of which punctured our tire and caused us a 200€ expense to replace it.

Sadly, our experience with this agency was poor. Once the booking was confirmed and the payment received, they stopped responding to feedback or attempts to get in touch.

Absolutely gorgeous villa, in the most amazing location. Franceska was an excellent host, she helped us so much before we arrived and was on hand for any questions we had. We booked this villa for a girls holiday and all of us loved it. The villa has everything you need, there's plenty of space, and the outdoor space is amazing. The only thing was the pool was quite cold but that wasn't helped by us visiting in the middle of May!

The only slightly tricky thing to navigate is the location, but we knew this before we travelled so it wasn't a problem. You can get ubers, but they take a while because they're coming mainly from Split. We had quite a few uber drivers cancel when they realised how high up the villa was, so we found booking ubers in advance was the best way of us ensuring we had a taxi. There are no shops nearby, so we would recommend either hiring a car to get yourself about, taking advantage of the pre-arrival food shop that you can do via the host (we did this and it was a life saver), or doing a supermarket trip on your way from the airport.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and the villa is amazing, particularly for its price. Big thank you to Franceska for making our stay so lovely. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone else considering it too!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hochwertig renoviert. Pool, Poolhaus und sogar der Weg hinter dem Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet. Der Vermieter ist extrem hilfsbereit, bemüht und reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen per WhatsApp. Sehr praktisch war für uns auch das vorhandene Gitterbett und der Babyhochstuhl. Sehr zu empfehlen!
