We rented the villa (Villa Sara Istria) for a higher price, but were disappointed overall because many aspects did not meet the standard one would expect.
• Cleanliness & insects: Upon arrival, we found cobwebs and insects in the house, including a scorpion. We did not feel safe! Since there are no fly screens, it was almost impossible to ventilate the house.
• Facilities: Several things were broken (including the solar shower, parasols, hot tub, and dart machine). The ice cube dispenser was unhygienic. When it rained, water came in through the kitchen door (see photo).
• Rooms: The number of rooms stated is incorrect. The fourth “bedroom” is just a bed in the attic with no door or privacy and a maximum ceiling height of 1.5 meters. Some bathrooms could not be locked.
• Technology: The Wi-Fi was very weak and practically unusable as soon as several people were connected. Power outages occurred regularly as soon as the air conditioning, kitchen, and whirlpool were used at the same time.
• Property: The property is not completely fenced in, which meant that stray animals such as dogs or cats could easily get in. As we had allergy sufferers in our travel group, the vacation was uncomfortable for these people.
• Service: Our comments were not addressed constructively; problems were downplayed. The staff was rude and not very solution-oriented.
• Barbecue: There was no ash bucket to remove the ashes.
• Personal opinion: The reviews are more than four years old and therefore do not describe the current condition of the villa. However, since these comments were made, the owners have not reinvested any money in the villa to keep it in good condition (exception: a new and larger TV and a solar shower are new compared to the pictures on the website. However, the shower is broken). In discussions with the landlord, there was no willingness to offer a refund, as €5,000 for this villa in its current condition during the high season is a complete joke. She said she had checked the problems we listed and only the solar shower was broken. The other problems and defects were not addressed. Furthermore, we should have noticed from the pictures that there were no insect screens, and one must expect there to be insects in a villa surrounded by nature. At such a price AND KNOWING THAT THE LANDLORD/OWNER is aware that the villa is located in nature, guests can expect insect screens to be provided. As already mentioned: no reinvestment.
Overall, the price-performance ratio was disappointing, and given the condition of the villa in the high and low seasons, it's partly a rip-off!
We would therefore not recommend the villa :)

The villa is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the beach, harbour and restaurants, which we frequented regularly.

Was really warm and welcoming. He had left plenty of essential supplies, for cleaning, washing and the bathroom, which meant we didn’t have to rush to the store, and could settle in straight away.

Upon departure, the host was really helpful and voluntarily helped us arrange transportation, which was really appreciated.

We found a beautiful villa on the MyLuxoria website 🏡✨
We booked it late in the evening, and the team contacted us right away. The very next day we were already checking in. Everything went smoothly and perfectly 🙌

Villa je predivna! Najljepsa u kojoj smo bilo dosad. Opremljena sa svime sto je potrebno. Divna domacica Dijana nas je docekala i bila na raspolaganju 0/24. Sve nam je objasnima i dala jako puno preporuka za hranu, restorane, sto posjetiti….
Iako nam je 2dana padala kisica, nije nam smetalo jer je pogled na vis iz dnevnog boravka i svake sobe toliko bajkovit.
Djeca su uzivala jer su imala pikado, stolni tenis, mali nogomet, playstation…
Sigurno se vracamo i sljedece godine !

Bili smo prvi put na Visu i Villa je za svaku preporuku. Najbolja Villa u kojoj smo bili do sada i definitivno se opet vraćamo.
Sve je bilo na najvišem mogućem nivou.

Wir können nur die komplette Punktzahl vergeben. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Toller Pool, alles sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Das Mutter-Sohn-Team arbeitet perfekt zusammen, ist immer erreichbar und steckt mit dem Herz drin. Das merkt man einfach.
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und die Erholung war nicht zuletzt dank des Hauses mega. Vielen Dank!

From the moment we arrived to our villa (Villa Yespeace) the host tried to take money from us with different excuses. We had to pay a €500 deposit, and already on the first day she took €100, saying she found an empty non-alcoholic bottle on the ground. She said that, she warn us If we are close to loose money from the deposit, however, the first day she took 100€ for nothing. We did not damage anything, but in the end she kept the 100€. Whenever we told her this was not fair, her only answer was that we should leave the place – even though we were a group of more than 18 people. She also kept deducting money claiming the neighbors complained about noise and almost called the police, but we never received any complaint from anyone, nor from the police.
We were really sad about the host behaviour and about our money loss. After our problem with the host we checked the reviews online (Tripadvisor) and money visitors had the same problem. The host is stealing from everyone trough the deposit. Please make some steps about this.

Eine wunderschöne Urlaubslokation in traumhafter Umgebung mit Allem , was ein richtig entspannter Urlaub zu bieten hat.
Top ausgestatte zwei Küchen , phantastischer Ausblick durchs Panoramafenster auf die Kvarner Bucht mit eigenem Badeeinstieg - ausgesprochen luxuriös, gepflegt , sauber mit sympathischer Besitzerin.
Man möchte es gar nicht public machen, um nicht Andere zu animieren, dort zu urlauben.

Villa Elizabet è una bellissima villa, curata nei minimi particolari, molto pulita ed ordinata, con tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere una magnifica vacanza. I proprietari sono delle persone gentili e disponibili a dare consigli su dove mangiare o andare al mare. Si vede che mettono amore e professionalità in quello che fanno. Abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno e la piscina. Tutti gli ambienti della villa sono comodi e accoglienti e ognuno di noi 5 ha potuto avere il proprio spazio . Direi che le nostre aspettative sono state largamente superate.

Wir hatten eine großartige Woche in der Villa Antea – es war wirklich einer der schönsten und entspanntesten Urlaube, die wir je gemacht haben.

Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön, top gepflegt und liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage mit einem großen, uneinsehbaren Grundstück. Alles war blitzsauber – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird und nicht an jede x-beliebige Reisegruppe vermietet wird.

Besonders begeistert waren wir von der offenen Küche mit dem großen Esstisch und dem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Es ist drinnen wie draußen wirklich für alle genug Platz – auch am Esstisch vor der Sommerküche beim Grillplatz. Es war an alles gedacht, genug Geschirr, Gläser, Geschirrspül- und Waschmaschinentabs, etc.

Mit beheiztem Whirlpool, großem Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und einem schönen Kinderspielplatz ist für alle Generationen etwas dabei – Erholung, Spaß und Bewegung inklusive.

Einzig ein Sonnensegel, das sich über dem Pool öffnen und schließen lässt, sowie etwas mehr Schatten am Spielplatz wie z. B. ein fixes Segel oder wären noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i.

Wir haben die Zeit so sehr genossen und können die Villa Antea aus tiefstem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Organised a late check out with the host 3 weeks before arrival and told the day before we need to leave at 10am. We told them we had organised the check out for 7pm and they told us they were just the cleaners. Eventually agreed we could use the outside pool area until 7pm. We went for breakfast after cleaning our rooms out. We arrive back after breakfast and there are cleaners power housing the pool area so it’s not accessible. The toilet we were told we could use is sprayed down with chemicals and not fit for use.

If there was an issue we should have been told before yesterday. It could easily have been arranged to stay in a hotel for our last night and not ruined our experience.

This is not a luxury experience and felt quite the opposite the last 2 days. No help or reply from MyLuxoria. The host/cleaner just kept saying sorry without any resolution.

It was easy to book, and when I needed some help they answered very fast!
At first we thought maybe the pictures are better than the reality, but when we arrived we were speachless 😍
all in all, we would definitely book through this site again and are really pleasantly surprised how easy it was and how quickly we got our questions answered

Zkušenost byla skvělá a určitě využijeme vašich služeb i příště.
