Such an amazing place with a beautiful view and directly beside the beach. Spacious rooms and apartments with huge TVs and beautiful balconies.

Anel was an AMAZING host from months leading up to our stay through our final day. The villa was more incredible than we ever could have imagined. 100/10 recommend 🩷

Lovely, spacious villa with beautiful pool, sundeck with jacuzzi and sauna and tennis court. Well located just a short walk to the town of Vrbnik. We so appreciated how well equipped the kitchen (and whole villa) was and all the thoughtful details such as noticing one of our birthdays.

Wonderful house, awesome pool, well equipped.

If you prefer a silent and peaceful area, then this is really a great spot for your stay. For us the ride to the beaches (min. 20 minutes one way) was ok.
In the village is a nice restaurant with good food on the small harbour.

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Zvonimir. A beautiful property located a short drive from the city with beautiful views. Our hosts were fantastic and were always available when we needed them. Couldn't recommend Villa Zvonimir enough!

Zorislav’s place is simply perfect!
It’s located in a small village and has everything you could possibly wish for: stylishly furnished, fully equipped, with many small and thoughtful details. You can feel the love that has gone into every corner of it. Zorislav was always available for us, and small changes to our arrival and departure times were easy to arrange. It’s not super close to the cities and beaches, but the distances are very manageable. This was the most beautiful holiday home we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Leona XXL! The house is brand new, spacious, and luxurious with everything you could possibly need. Super clean, modern, and perfect for a big group. The host was wonderful and went above and beyond with excellent service, including daily grocery shopping. Highly recommend!

We were really, really satisfied with our stay at Villa Spuga. Everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly prepared – nothing was missing. There were even wine glasses, champagne glasses, and everything else you could need. Plenty of towels were provided, and everything was just perfect. The pool was super clean and very pleasant. We truly enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend it!

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe mit Bruno hat gut funktioniert. Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer und auch im Badezimmer wären gut (Handtuchhalter). Ansonsten alles perfekt, kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Ferienvilla, sehr sauber & modern ausgestattet! Das Highlight war für uns das Rooftop welches eine Qutdoorküche, eine Lounge, eine Sunbed, eine Dusche und eine Beamer für TV und zum Streamen bietet. Zusätzlich kann man einen herrlichen Ausblick über Vodice und das Meer genießen. Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur Abreise - eine echte Ferienoase.

We were two families of four adults and five children from 7 to 19 years old. Casa M was a beautiful experience. The design is elegant and tasteful. There are plenty of big spaces and big furniture for families to lounge, chat and eat. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. There is parking for at least two cars just outside the villa entrance. There is a beautiful beach within an easy 10-min drive from the villa (V. Stiniva). The only things we missed were a mop to clean the pretty white floors and a microwave.

Anfahrt sehr abenteuerlich, wenn die Straße asphaltiert wäre, wäre es gut. Herr Radic hat uns nur per WhatsApp den Code für die Tür durchgegeben, er kam erst am Dienstag vorbei, da auch nur ganz kurz, weil wir eine Fahrradpumpe gebraucht haben. Fast alle Türen schleifen bzw. lassen sich nur schwer öffnen oder schließen. Beide Gefriertruhen waren extrem vereist, nur sehr schwer zu öffnen bzw schließen. Regale bzw Ablageflächen in den Zimmern, Bad wäre erstrebenswert. Beim Weinkühlschrank sind noch die Glassplitter der Vormieter gelegen. Es ist uns auch aufgefallen, dass es die einzige Villa ist, die nicht auf der Frontseite zum Meer einen direkten Zugang hat, ein kleiner baulicher Fehler. Bei der Abreise ist Herr Radic auch wieder nicht gekommen, hat ca 30min vor dem vereinbarten Termin wieder geschrieben dass er es zeitlich nicht schafft.
