Scam Alert – Avoid at All Costs!
I placed an order online and was told the items would be delivered on Monday. It's now well past that, and I still haven't received anything. I reached out via email, but no one has responded. There's also no contact number available to follow up on the order. I'm now in the process of raising a dispute with my bank to recover my money. Save yourself the time, stress, and hassle — avoid this company completely.

How disappointing — this is my second large order, and both have had missing items. This time, over £40 worth of products were missing. I also tried to call, but the WhatsApp number on the website seems to be either fake or not monitored. So far, we’re really not impressed.

Initially they said none of the items I ordered are available so I emailed them to cancel the order and refund the full money. They then sent an apologetic email saying all items are available so I emailed asking them not to substitute any item. They ended up not delivering one item worth £15 and sent other substituted items and more other items than I asked for. In a nutshell they'd send you what they want and not what you want. I emailed them asking for a refund of the undelivered item and for them to collect the extra items that I haven't ordered they completely ignored me. They are dishonest and I would not recommend anyone to shop with them

Half of the items are missing.
I placed an order, it was not confirmed until I emailed them asking about it, as it was the delivery date and I had not had any communication. I was told the delivery had been delayed because of short stock, but that had been solved and I was going to get it delivered on the next day. Timing was not really a problem, so I did not really care about it, but I have just received the order and it turns out that half of the items are missing, almost half of the price of the order.
We will see if they send the remaining items or refund me, but for now I am not happy at all.

Food came defrosted. 6 packets of spice mix were missing and MyJam confirmed they were out of stock but I still got charged for them.
The box arrived ripped

Terrible quality! I was deeply shocked when I saw what I have got! These products go straight to the bin at a reliable shop! Nobody should be expected to pay for this!

Bought a sausage. Cracked a tooth on a hard object found in the sausage. Emailed them right away. No response. Legal action ongoing since then. Leaving a review to alert others.

They are useless.They take your order.Dont bother to get back in touch so when you question them they say…oh yes we haven’t got that and we will give you a refund.Pathetic!

I had a mixed experience with MyJam. While some items arrived fresh and well-packaged, others were subpar or missing. Delivery was prompt, but the quality wasn't consistent. As a new customer, I hoped for better. They do have a diverse selection, which is promising, but there’s room for improvement overall.

I've bought a a few times from this company and been impressed with everything I've ordered. The glass bottles are so well protected and the chilled food arrives in a cool bag with a cool pack also a sticker on the box saying it needs delivery that day

Amazing customer service. There is definitely a need for such a service. Have already spread the word and many friends are using this service too Products arrive so well packaged in ice packs and within a few days. Have been using this service a few times already and will definitely be using them regularly weekly or so. Really good service.

Excellent service - fantastic packaging - always deliver on time - have loads of specialist products not available in supermarkets or general high street shops. They cover foods from all cuisines around the world. Would highly recommend.
