I won’t shop from this site again, firstly they don’t hold stock of anything, they go and get the stock from other shops and sell it to you, when they can’t find some of your order they say they don’t have it in stock and try and sell you something completely different, they didn’t have half of my order but when I wrote a negative review on here they were quick to ring me up, they can’t speak English very well so I couldn’t understand what they tried to say half the time, they tried to sell me something else of what they didn’t have (or could not find), I said I didn’t want the subs so they said they will refund me, they did refund me and send me the rest of what I ordered, but it took sometime to get my point across, so I would steer clear of this website and shop somewhere reliable or stick to shopping from where you normally shop knowing they have actual stock and good customer service where you can get your point across and they speak English clearly and you get your refunds in one go

I have ordered products and got delivered completely different, low quality ones which are of no use to me. Money wasted. Completely unreliable and wouldn’t trust them again.

I recently ordered the no sugar version of a product online, but unfortunately the wrong version was delivered. A genuine mistake. However, I was extremely impressed with MyJam's customer service.

I contacted them via WhatsApp and within minutes, I received a response from a real person. They quickly resolved the situation and sent out the correct no sugar version I had originally ordered.

In this day and age when so many transactions happen online, it's refreshing to find a company that still provides personalized customer service with real human interactions and not hide behind a faceless chatbot. MyJam's team sorted out my issue efficiently and made sure I got the exact product I wanted.

I'm very pleased with MyJam's excellent customer service and how they handled my order mix-up. It's clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. I would definitely order from them again knowing that if any problems arise, their fantastic support team will make it right.

I have now been waiting for 2 weeks for my order to be completed.
On the 18th May I ordered 6 x packs of 'Tang', a drink that comes in a powdered form. I paid at checkout & also paid the selected day postage, and waited.
On the day of delivery, I got an email telling me that Myjam did not have all the order in stock (only 3 items in stock), no big problem (I thought). A week later, I had not heard anything. No email, no rest of the delivery, no refund.
I emailed Myjam, to find out why there has been no follow up on my order. At this point, I find out that Myjam is a drop-shipping store front. For those people reading this, a drop-shipping company holds no stock, and sells other shops stock, skimming a percentage off the top.
I am also informed that they will be sending the items in the next few days. Another week later, same story, no email, no product and no refund.
Communications with Myjam are non-existent unless you initiate them. The 'About Us' statement of: So we’re on a mission to bring customers the products they love, is obviously rubbish.
As for the products I have ordered, I am considering getting my card company to get involved to get my money back.
An appalling experience with a company with no integrity.

Excellent company nothing has been to much trouble, they found a substitute product for me and forwarded at no extra cost. Will definitely purchase from them again

Wow great company. They sell a specific brand of jalapeños my husband loves so I bought loads from them among other things. They are fab and fast with postage and the packaging is superb. Will absolutely shop here again!!!

Excellent company! I’ve ordered from them some spices, sauces and dry fruits/nuts a few times and the quality is always so good!
They even give you a choice of dates to pick for delivery in case you can’t be home on a specific date. Hope they continue to provide the same excellent service in the near future as I will sure be ordering from them regularly

I love shopping at my jam! I don't live in London anymore and as a working mum I have a busy life so it's very convenient. They just have everything. They package everything so well and I can get Arabic snacks, fresh ingredients and fresh food that reminds me of my childhood. It's a home from home shop.

If I had read some of the negative reviews prior to my order I wouldn't have placed my order but I had a different experience.

The quality of my order was superb, that is the only way I can explain it and it arrived on time, with an hour window. Everything was nicely packed. Even if I try, I can't find any flaw in the whole process. Based on my experience of the first order I placed my second big order within a week, it was meat and I was not disappointed at all. All arrived on time and premium quality meat. It was exactly as MyJam promised. I have no experience of buying their other products but what I bought was great. I will highly recommend MyJam to everyone and anyone. MyJam should know that when customers place their orders they have great exceptions on the products which are advertise and the promises which are made. These standards should be maintained and customers should be valued, which I am sure they try their best to do.
I am very happy and contents with my orders and look forward to order some more meat in due course. If I was allowed to award a sixth star, I would have given it for the packaging. As soon you look and the delivery box, clean and tidy and spotless, you know that it has gone through a great deal of care. Many Thanks

Very quick service with reasonable prices and lovely discounts. Packaging is super good and all my sweets arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend.

There is a chance that they may send you something that you didn't buy, if they didn't have the item in stock, as it's in their policy (to my knowledge). However, I bought ajwa dates from here, and Alhamdulilah, they came and tasted like ajwa dates. Can trust.

Delivered on time. Good packing specially for the fragile stuff eg jar. Definitely recommended
