The back pack I wanted was in stock, I ordered 1 week before Chirstmas not expecting it to arrive (due to RM strikes) but My Fox Bag despatched my order quickly and my back pack arrived in the 48hr window as promised. I also got about £15 off the RRP so successful order I'd say!

You can use the voucher against your first full price purchase, even if this is your 2nd purchase so please keep hold of it! The voucher applies to full price products, so would not have applied to the sale item you were purchasing. You can still use the voucher off your next order though, if the item is full price.

Worth the wait
Relatively fast delivery with the strike to Indonesia, took a month to reach my place. I got the price almost half of the price here in Indonesia. Worth the wait.

Highly recommended online retailer
The items were ordered at the end of November, and were shipped very quickly. Arrived in Australia in just over 2 weeks during this busy period. I was concerned about the quality of the backpacks due to the lower prices, but these are genuine Fjallraven. So overall a fantastic experience.

After checking this order, I can see it was delivered a couple of days after.
We apologise for the delay, but unfortunately this is out of our hands. There is currently a backlog in the Royal Mail network - all services have been greatly affected, due to the ongoing strike action combined with the surge in parcel deliveries over the Black Friday and Christmas period.
