- Bought the bags on the 19th August.
- Reached my mailbox in Singapore on the 31th August
- Bags are authentic, new, and undamaged. Very happy with my purchase and how fast they arrived. Price is 30% off and free shipping. Will repurchase from myfoxbag again for these reasons.
- Take note: Item came without fjallraven box packaging. All 2 bags and shoulder pads are bubble wrapped before the standard delivery black plastic packaging.

Overall great product
Overall great product. The Customer Service Agent in Messenger was very helpful in providing clarification. It was great to be able to get this high-quality product at a discount also. The product took 3 weeks to arrive in the Philippines, but I'm not complaining because it was free shipping due to the promo at that time.

Fast delivery and very secure transaction
Very fast delivery considering it came from England to Philippines. It reached my daughter’s 1st day of school in time. Packaging is secured and intact and the product is in a very good condition. Will definitely buy again.

Great customer service from Becky
I paid for express shipping but there were apparently some issues with the shipping company and as such, I still have not received my bag after a week. I am here, however, to give a 10/10 review for the fantastic customer service assistant, Becky, who is doing their best to help me out. I reached out to them via email and they have been communicating with me and trying to help me get my bag ASAP.

Had trouble getting my first order, however, customer service agents were quick, responsive and very helpful. My second package came very quick (I ordered internationally) I love my bag and I would definitely order from my fox bag again.

My second bag meant for my son's Birthday did not arrive in time due to address being wrong on the label even though it's auto filled and has the same address as the first bad I bought few months ago.now it's being returned from Singapore back to UK again . Wondering when I will get my birthday gift sent out again.
Please ensure label is correctly printed . Please also update me on status of the fate of the bag
