Misleading Product & Unfair Refund Handling
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I spent $130 on lenses based on the website images, but the pair I tried looked nothing like advertised, so I didn’t open the rest. I was promised a full refund, but no return label was provided, forcing me to pay an additional $17 to send the items back within their limited timeframe.
Tracked shipping would have cost around $70, which was unreasonable, so I shipped it regularly and shared all receipts as proof. Despite this, I’ve now been told I’ll only receive a 50% refund because there’s no tracking.
Very frustrating experience—this does not reflect a company that stands by its product or its commitments.

These last contacts that I got I really liked, but I think my favorite are the rihanna color. They are like a combo, but look really nice on. The fact that they come rather quickly is really nice too

Quick shipping but small pupil holes
The shipping was quick so that was a plus but the contacts I ordered must have had small pupil holes because everything was hazy when i put them on. I ordered the sin green and sin grey. I was unaware the pupil holes would be so small. The contacts also didn't really make my eyes look very natural.

We’d like to clarify that some of our designs do feature a smaller pupil zone for a more defined cosmetic effect, but this should not normally cause hazy vision if the correct prescription is selected and the lenses are properly fitted. The Sin series you ordered is typically designed for clear vision with standard pupil coverage.
To help us better understand what happened, could you please share your prescription details or order number with us? We’d like to double-check whether the correct power was selected and ensure everything matches your prescription.
Once we have this, we’ll review it carefully and assist you in finding the best solution.
