If i could do 0 stars i would. I contacted customer service 3 times and they never got back to me. They sent me the wrong order. I ordered prescription number 6. Yeah they gave me 0. Im not ordering from here again. Not trusted.

A month after i order = no customer service reply

Right when i post this review= "customer service" contacting me and being so rude to me. They practically are just belittling me and blaming me for there problems. They also said "this isent our problem we decline the refund" ITS YOUR COMPANY. EITHER START ACTING SMART OR HIRE NEW PEOPLE. This company is a bunch of liers and thiefs.

Customer service have contunied to harrass me. Even after saying Im done shopping with them. They continue to blame me for there problems.

TERRIBLE

The quality walls great. The size was awesome x i ordered three. One of then had two slits on one lense so one pair was no good. I tried to but my eye would cry because the tear would irritste me. I sent an email no response yet i places this over two months ago and barely get a email to send a review. Yeah, there’s a peice of my mind .

Worst Customer Service and they are Crooks

I placed an order to be delivered, and I had entered my address, but it defaulted to my old address over 1000 miles away. I emailed immediately (time stamp was 3 minutes after the original order was placed) that the address was incorrect and could they either update the address or cancel the order. 24 hours later I received an automated email stating that the order was already processed and they provided me with a tracking number. I tried contacting the shipping company and canceling it, but that got me nowhere. I tried to have an old neighbor collect the package and ship it to me, but the current residents at my old house, stated that they hadn't received it. I again have repeatedly emailed them, as I cannnot find any other way to communicate with them, and they continue to send me the tracking number. I am absolutely amazed that in this day in age, the order couldn't have been canceled, or changed given the fact that I had contacted them immediately. It is now almost a month after the "delivery" and numerous emails, but still no solution. I am out the money and the product, and the company doesn't seem to care. I am at my whits end with this situation, but I do not recommend this company as their customer service is non-existant.

6 pairs and counting.

I have bought 6 pairs of contacts so far I love all of them because I like other contacts I have had in the past these really make the eye colors look natural even the pink and red ones I bought look like I was born with those colors. There soft and make my eyes pop I love it. The comfort is wonderful. Please continue giving quality service it is so appreciated. I also love the price point and will be buying more. I recommend you try them for yourself you will not be disappointed with the results. Shipping was fast and discreet. I have not had an issue such far.

My Contacts from Beaueye Contacts were…

My Contacts from Beaueye Contacts were absolutely fabulous! 🤩They were sent within a decent time frame, came with their own Contact Case that had small tools for using them & were easy to apply to my eyes.

They also were great with communication when I had any questions & concerns.

I wore one of my Red pair to MegaCon 2026, which up'd my Cosplay & got SO MANY compliments! 😁✨️

I was able to wear them for almost 8 hours straight with no discomfort. There were a few times where I had to adjust them, but the little tools in the free Contact Case they gave me was useful for that.

Definitely wanna get more in the future! Thank You! 😁🙏
