I have had two pairs of Earfun earbuds and both have been excellent. I'm looking at these negative reviews and they seem to all be about products that they have not received which is hardly a review of the quality of the product! I would personally say they are close in quality of sound and battery life to the Samsung earbuds I had before which cost about four times as much and did not fit my ears so well. I've also had a Bluetooth speaker from Earfun which I use in rooms of several sizes and it's never run out of oomf.

Terrible company. Ordered from them was super excited but never received the delivery. Told the delivery provider made the delivery I donât know if they did because I never received. Ear fun not willing to take responsibility.

I had earbuds bought for me by a late relative at Christmas. I contacted them a couple of months ago for assistance as they wouldn't turn on.
They sent me instructions on how to reset them but unfortunately they still didn't work.
They then requested proof of purchase, which I understand, however given they were bought from a late relative I couldn't provide this.
I offered to send them photos of the earbuds and would have even sent them off for repair but they refused to help and stopped answering my calls.
After googling the issue, it seems a common fault that they would usually rectify but given my circumstances they wouldn't help

My EarFun 2 pods have been brilliant- excellent sound and connectivity with lots of other capabilities.
I have a pairing issue with one pod and I contacted EarFun who promptly sent me a new set. Top customer service and cam highly recommend.

I ordered from Amazon Air Fun Pro 3 and what I got is an empty box with only a cable and rubber bands, apparently this alone cost 67ÂŁ dirty scammers and thieves and not only that, Amazon's rate will drop because of you.Now I want my money back, but I don't know if you will return it to me or if I will drink cold water.

In our family, we have 7 different Earfun products. I have never had a problem with any of them and they sound incredible for the prices paid.
The only time I ever had a problem (with delivery via Amazon I might add), Earfun customer service were extremely helpful and got the problem sorted as quickly as possible.

I've had 2 pairs of these true wireless earphones.
I'm quite satisfied with the sound quality, but don't expect to keep them for several years, as they're quite fragile.
For the first EarFun Air, after about a year one of the speakers stopped charging because there was no contact between the charging box and the earphone, I tried to repair it but never found out how to do it.... I bought a new pair of EarFun Pro 3, after a few weeks one of them ended up in a puddle while I was jogging and stopped making sound, it's supposed to be IP58 waterproof but don't expect it to survive a few seconds under water... I contacted customer service, and they told me it wasn't covered by the warranty and that they don't sell spare parts, so I have to buy a complete set again... It's a shame, because I was happy with the concept and sound quality, but rather disappointed with the solidity and customer service...
Now I have 2 sets of unusable earphones because one of the 2 earphones no longer charges or has no sound... but the only solution is to buy them again and throw them in the garbage can, no recycling, no standard exchange, no possibility of simply buying back the defective earphone, it makes no sense and is neither ecological nor logical, programmed obsolescence....
It's disappointing because on its website, this brand highlights its awards and values such as Integrity, Excellence, Passion, Respect, but this seems to be just a face and a marketing argument, because in the end, their aim is to get you to buy the products again rather than make them last.

I have bought several pairs for these for myself and my family. I really like the quality of the product but particularly the customer service. I had an issue with one of them not connecting to Bluetooth and they tried to trouble shoot it for me and then when we couldn't solve it sent me a new pair. They replied to every email within 24 hours and I had a replacement set within days. Excellent service

Had some initial issues with the sound quality so communicated with the company and they were great.

I REALLY wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what I'd give to this so called "company".
Bought a speaker off Amazon, the Uboom L to be exact, got it delivered and wasn't happy with my purchase, tried my best to send it back and finally after about 6 different emails back and fourth I managed to send it back... Did I get a refund? NO! They totally scammed me out of 100 quid, kept the speaker and my money and refused to do anything about it since now. Extremely unsatisfied.. can't claim my money back now.

Worst spent money in my life. Speakers and headphones lasted less then 2 weeks and they did everything possible to not take resposability of their useless products.
Contact with them was like speaking with a thug in a dark alley.

Update vom Juli 2024: Earfun hat kontinuierlich nachgebessert. Inzwischen sind alle Software-Macken behoben:
Es gibt eine funktionierende WindgerĂ€uschunterdrĂŒckung (deutliche Abstriche bei ANC in höheren Frequenzen; Trittschall, Brummen und Dröhnen wird aber immer noch gut bekĂ€mpft).
Die LautstÀrke der Stimme bei Bedienung fÀllt nicht mehr unangenehm auf.
Es gibt eine akustische Suchfunktion.
Insgesamt nutze ich die Ohrhörer gern, kann sie ohne Beschwerden sehr lange tragen und genieĂe die Ruhe in vollen RegionalzĂŒgen dank ANC.

I've bought from this website in the past and recieve their promotional email (lots of them). Thought I'd buy another pair but they no longer sell to the UK. Instead you have to buy through amazon and pay more because the offers advertised on thier site (and in their promotional emails) are different from the amazon UK ones. Well simple enough, there's lots of competition, I'll buy a different brand that isn't set on ripping off the UK market.
You've lost a loyal customer.

Jeg kÞbte Earfun Air S som jeg er meget tilfreds med. Jeg foretrÊkker hÞretelefonerne ligesom pÄ AirPods, men gav de her en chance. Noise cancellation er ekstrem effektiv og lyden i hÞretelefonerne er meget klar og god. Dog er den mindste volumen meget hÞj, hvilket jeg tÊnker skyldes noise cancellation.
Produktet blev sendt fra et EU land, sÄ der kom ikke told eller moms pÄ. Fragten var gratis og pakken ankom meget hurtigt.
Jeg er tilfreds og glad for produktet :)

Excellent Customer service and amazing Audio Quality ear buds.
I had a big issue with a set of headphones not working. And they fixed the issue instantly.
Would definitely buy from them again in the future.
The headphone sound for the money are the best ear buds I've ever used.
