Charging and anc problems

This is a Little bit hard to judge are the earfĂŒn air 3 pro a 5 star review YES absolutely i loved my earbuds I've had mine since Christmas 2024 and they have Ben amazing Ive absolutely loved them until the anc started giving me problems about 3 months ago wich yeah it was very annoying since i really love the fealing of earfĂŒn's anc it feals nice and natural for me and the Audio wars Great for the price they cost but then maybe 3-4 weeks ago I was at work when the earbuds died of battery and then I put then in my case when I came home that day I changed them like I normally do and they just would not turn on no matter what I did I cleaned then like the instructions earfĂŒn have given on their website and I've done everything I chuld to make them turn on but all I wold hear is battery's off or battery low and they wold turn off instantly and now they just won't turn on at all no blue lights and no voice no nothing so please earfĂŒn can you give me some advice on what to do Becuse my girlfriend is getting tired of me stealing her nothing buds 4 I think I've used them more than her at this point. Can you give me some advice or maybe a replacement?

I ordered from their official website, unfortunately they used a bad third party shipping company which has only 1,5 stars. Guess what, item didn't arrive, was marked delivered to neighbours without stating on which number. Thankfully customer service (Freya) is responsive and gave me a refund.

Bestellung durch Amazon ok. Bestellung durch ein E-Mail Angebot direkt von EF ist anscheinend FAKE !!!

Daher retournierte ich das GerĂ€t ĂŒber die ĂŒbliche AMAZOn Prozedur und bekam auch den refund. am 03.12.2025 bekam ich eine echt-aussehende E-Mail an mein Google account mit einem attraktiven discound. Ich startete einen Kauf, meine persönlichen E-Mail, Adressdaten waren schon vorhanden. Beim eingeben meiner Kreditkarted wurde diese zweimal abgelehnt.Bei meinem Anruf bei Mastercard wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich um eine 'nicht vertrauendswĂŒrdige WebSeite handelt.

Defekte EarFun Air Pro 4 & miserabler Kundenservice

Ich habe die EarFun Air Pro 4 direkt ĂŒber die offizielle EarFun-Website gekauft. Von Anfang an gab es mehrere Probleme:
– GesprĂ€chspartner hören mich kaum (Mikrofonfehler)
– Schrille, sehr unangenehme StörgerĂ€usche
– UnzuverlĂ€ssige App-Verbindung
Ich habe den Kundenservice mehrfach detailliert kontaktiert. Trotzdem bekomme ich immer wieder exakt dieselbe Standardantwort, als wĂŒrde niemand meine Nachrichten ĂŒberhaupt lesen. Auf meine konkreten Fragen wird nicht eingegangen.
Statt einer normalen RĂŒcksendeadresse verlangt EarFun, dass ich die Kopfhörer und das Ladecase zuerst komplett zerstöre und Fotos schicke. Eine schriftliche Garantie, dass mir tatsĂ€chlich der volle Kaufbetrag erstattet wird, habe ich trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht erhalten.
Durch diese fehlende Transparenz und die respektlose Art, meine E-Mails zu ignorieren und stĂ€ndig denselben Text zu schicken, wirkt der gesamte Prozess absolut unglaubwĂŒrdig und kundenunfreundlich.

Return to China and pay for shipping??

Bought a pair of earphones, didn't like them. ANC didn't work for me. No problem, I got the 30-days-money-back guarantee, right? Wrong! Without me knowing, they sent me my delivery directly from China and without stating it anywhere in their terms they now require me to send these earphones back to China and pay for shipping. Then I'll maybe get my money back. Shipping costs 50% of what the earphones cost to begin with.

Ich habe die earfun air pro 4+ von der offiziellen Webseite bestellt, wo stand es wird aus Deutschland/ EU geliefert.
Wurde dann allerdings aus China geschickt.
Nun möchte ich die Kopfhörer zurĂŒckgeben, da ich mit der WindgerĂ€usch UnterdrĂŒckung absolut unzufrieden bin (eigentlich nicht vorhanden).
Jetzt soll ich die Kopfhörer auf meine Kosten nach China zurĂŒckschicken!
Alternativmöglichkeiten werden nicht geboten, obwohl auf der Webseite mit einer Geld ZurĂŒck Garantie geworben wird.
Totale KundentÀuschung!
Kann niemanden empfehlen was bei earfun zu bestellen.

Nach einem Defekt, innerhalb der Garantiezeit, an meinen earfun air 2 nc, wurden mir ohne Probleme, innerhalb weniger Tage, komplett Neue zugesandt.
Aus meiner Sicht ein perfekter Kundenservice!

The left earbud fell apart in my hand


The left earbud fell apart in my hand (literally into two pieces along the join) on putting them in my ear. Contacted customer service and they wouldn’t honour their Warranty on a claim it was “improper handling or misuse”, which it clearly wasn’t. Makes you wonder what proper handling and proper use would be

warranty not existent

I bought the earfun air pro 4 on the official earfun shop on lazada. After only 6 months the earbuds stopped working. They came with 2 years warranty. After sending an email the official store said I can not claim warranty with them.
I contacted the lazada shop, they are not responsive and not helping at all so I have no replacement.
I am really disappointed with both the product as well as with the not existing warranty.

Not fit for purpose EarFun earbuds

I received these EarFun earbuds as a gift purchased through Amazon. After about 12 months of very light use, the left earbud stopped working completely. EarFun support was helpful at first and replaced them under their 18-month warranty.
Unfortunately, the replacement pair failed after just 8 months — this time the right earbud died, with the exact same fault. I went through all the troubleshooting steps again with no success. When I contacted EarFun, they refused to help because the original 18-month warranty had expired, even though these were a new replacement pair. I would understand if it was a different issue but its not, it is identical!

So I’ve had two pairs fail the same way in under two years. That’s not acceptable for a product and shows poor reliability and build quality. I would not recommend these earbuds, they are not fit for purpose and don’t last.
I’m currently in discussions with Amazon to ask why they are allowing not-fit-for-purpose products to be sold through their platform..
Avoid buying from EarFun.

Poor Quality – 3 Pairs Failed in Under 2 Years

I really wanted to like the EarFun Air Pro 3, but the quality has been extremely disappointing.
In less than 21 months, I’ve gone through three pairs:

The first stopped working after normal running and light sweat.

The second failed during regular gym use.

The third started producing loud static noise when noise cancellation was on.

EarFun refused to offer any further support because the last pair had just passed the warranty period.

Overall, I’ve had a lot of issues with these earbuds. The app is very limited, buggy, and lacks useful settings.
After this experience, I’ve completely lost confidence in the brand — definitely not buying EarFun again.

Update:
Thank you for replying here, but I still haven’t received the discount code your team promised.
Support only referred me to the store promotion, which isn’t the same thing.
I even offered to pay the difference for an upgrade, yet got no real help.
I just hope the code (if ever sent) isn’t for the old model — since anyone can already buy the new one with 39% off.
Really hoping EarFun can follow through on what was promised.

Ein absoluter Idiotenladen!
Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhÀltnis ist tatsÀchlich in Ordnung, der Kundenservice schlichtweg eine Frechheit!
Ich wollte nicht mehr als eine korrekte Rechnung fĂŒr meinen Kauf mit entsprechender Mehrwertsteuer fĂŒr Deutschland. Hierzu habe ich den unfĂ€higen Haufen mittlerweile fast zehnmal angeschrieben, meist gar keine Antwort erhalten und falls ja, war entweder die Mehrwertsteuer falsch angesetzt (20%) oder sie war dann auch noch falsch berechnet.
Das gewĂŒnschte Retourenlabel wurde mir darĂŒber hinaus immer noch nicht zugestellt.

Ich habe wirklich den Eindruck dort sitzen nur absolute Vollidioten.

P.S. Bitte "Earfun" erspart mir jetzt irgendwelche Hinweise darauf, dass es euch leid tut und ich den Kundenservice per Mail erreichen kann...
