My Dream Flooring Omdömen

"I’m so impressed with how My Dream Flooring handled a recent blunder. Despite an initial error, they took full ownership and sorted it out immediately—even though the final sale ended up being below their usual price margin.
They sent Kia to my home to resolve everything, and he was brilliant. He’s a big guy with an even bigger personality—incredibly friendly, witty, and professional. He was so engaging and helpful that he turned a potentially stressful situation into a great experience.
Because they went that extra mile to make me feel at peace with my decision, they certainly haven't lost a customer. This company is affordable, honest, and truly cares about their reputation. Highly recommended!"

Adam the fitter did a great job very polite and clean thank you

Thank you to adam for fitting my flooring and carpet today, great job and a great guy. Very professional attitude. Thanks again mate.

Highly recommend

Neil Came bang on time and floors just how I wanted it happy with the experience will use company again and hopefully have same fitter to do the laminate

I had a measure & quote visit 10/3/26. Hallway, Sitting Room, Bedroom, Vinyl. £128 per month.Paid deposit.Fitting day 15/4/26.
Getting very nervous since told I have to remove ALL contents, including furniture, prior to Fitting. I’m 76 yrs of age, alone, and wonder how I’m going to get furniture outside on patio on day of Fitting, and what happens if it’s raining or they don’t turn up for the Fitting appmt? I’ve tried texting, phoning, emailing the office and the Rep lots of times but no reply or response. Very nervous now having read all the low/bad Reviews.

5/4/26 I have bare floors. I have help arranged to help lift the furniture. My question for your company was: in a small 1-bed bungalow, patio at the back, we will move the furniture outside ON THE DAY of Fitting before the Fitter arrives. Q. Reading reviews I see many people report no-show of Fitter on the day. Q. What if it’s raining on the day?Q. In what room order,( Hall, Bedroom, Sitting Room) will the Fitting take place? We need to know because if it’s raining we can hardly put the furniture outside, and will have to put it in the room waiting to be done, before putting it back after each room has been done. Hey! I may be in my 70’s but I’ve moved house around the World with 6 kids 22 times in 47 years…I CAN organise a 3-room Flooring Fitting day, I just need to know the date will not be changed, and the order of the Fitting in case it’s too wet to put my furniture outside! I have 2 elderly neighbours helping me on the day. BTW; my family live abroad, and my neighbours and friends locally all live in this Gated Community estate for the Elderly. I’m one of the youngest!Confirmation please on Tuesday.

Lovely carpet Adam fitted in my living room and stairs yesterday, text before he arrived, great company definitely will be ordering again in the future

Adam was punctual, kept me informed of when he was arriving. He was smartly but professionally dressed. Friendly but not overly so. Very helpful and went the extra mile. Did a great fitting and no bumps or lumps and very expedient. I'm going to order my bedroom carpet in a couple of months and would request Adam do the fitting. Great overall experience and lovely soft carpet.

The order process was very simple and the carpet was fitted by very chatty and friendly guys which for me was an added bonus having recently lost my wife of 38 yrs so it was nice to get a good blether and take my mind of things.
