Very disappointed with the service from MyDocExpress. I escalated my concern regarding a payment issue, expecting a faster resolution, but there was still no prompt or meaningful response.

The automated system kept indicating that my payment was incomplete, despite the fact that I have a payment reference number confirming that the transaction went through. This makes the situation even more frustrating, especially when the payment can be verified through the reference number provided.

What made the experience worse was the lack of responsiveness through email. Despite reaching out and escalating the concern, I did not receive the timely assistance I expected.

If a customer has already provided a valid payment reference number, the issue should be investigated promptly rather than relying solely on an automated system that continues to flag the payment as incomplete.

I hope Doc Express improves its customer service and escalation process. Payment-related concerns require timely and responsive support, especially when the customer has already provided proof of payment.

It is a legit platform that provides online health services. I got my fit-to-work certificate from them from home.

Edited accordingly: I have a serious medical issue with my back and needed 10 days rest...they sent back certificate for 2 days. I was annoyed obviously and when I responded they said they would get another doctor to review the case. That finally happened and it was then explained that 2 days is given so I can go and see a doctor physically as it is a physical debilitating issue. Then kindly they understood my disappointment and offered to give a 50% refund, which was done.

I do really hope that they can clarify that on their home page for first time users.

Paying this much, I honestly expected a more professional and legitimate-looking medical certificate. The format looks questionable and poorly made, which immediately raises concerns about authenticity. I also noticed that the doctor’s signature here looks different from the signatures shown on other certificates online, making it even more suspicious. Whether it’s real or not, the presentation alone does not inspire confidence or trust. For a service that charges this price, the documents should at least look credible, polished, and properly verified.
