Totally unsympathetic. Extremely poor customer service. Agents are uninterested, sarcastic and downright rude. No pick up and delivery as promised. Poor quality cars. If you have a choize please avoid. Not recommended at all.

Recently I have booked self drive car from Mychoize and had an amazing experience. I strongly recommend everyone to use mychoize self drive car for weekend trips and outing.

I have used self drive cars many time from mychoize, haven't faced any problem with car or refund process. Sometimes I got refund little late due to bank. My overall experience is very nice with mychoize.

I am happy with the services of MyChoize as they did not levy any unfair charges for their services.

I rented Nissan Sunny in January 2018 in Chennai. The condition of the car was not good as it had lot of dents but it was washed properly. I was surprised to find that mobile charging point is not working, as i had to drive outstation, I immediately called the company. They were aware about the problem but still could not help much. I really faced lot of challenge as even my google map on my phone could not work due to no battery.
On coming back, the car break shoe starting giving noise which led me to drive the car very slow to avoid excessive breaking. I got late returning the car by 2 to 3 hours due to traffic and slow speed. I received a mail that they have waived off my late charges, which I was happy due to the inconvenience it has caused to me due to low maintained car was delivered to me. However next day they recalled the mail, I could not find that mail again in my outlook, instead I got a refund deducting late delivery charges. At the end the car cost me around 6000 (Thursday and Friday) for 2 days, which is too expensive. I complained in writing but beside a followup for more than 1 month, they stopped entertaining my mails and calls. Overall I was expecting them to atleast waive off the late delivery charges, but it ruined my whole experience. I would have rather gone with Zoomcar or Myles. I would never rent again from MyChoize due to poorly maintained car and bad customer service (though they were polite, but does not help much),

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. I have book swift car on 13th Feb for 19th Feb 5:00 am to 23rd Feb. I have uploaded my DL, AADHAR card And passport also. but they cancel my car on 19Th Feb 3:00 am (before 2hour of booking) without any information. what they are doing between 13th to 19th. they are playing with the customer. I have to plan everything but they cancel my car. now tell me what I do at midnight. and they are saying that they will be charged 1-day rent.

I suggest you that please don't book mychoize car because they can cancel your booking at the time of pickup.

Worst customer care from this start up.

I am following up since last 2 months for my refund of deposit.

Minimum 10 calls made and 5-6 emails. no proper response and timeline communicated by the team.

I had taken the MyChoize Self-Drive car, a Honda City, when me and my friends wanted to go on a road trip to Kasol. It was a flawless experience and we had so much fun without a driver in the car.

full of fraudulent practice by Orix India, in case of damage they charged any amount out of their policy. If i called too many time they threaten me that we will take legal action against you

I had booked scorpio for 3 days. Had kept security deposit. They said amount will be refunded by 7- 10 days. It has been 12 days since the invoice has been done but still havent received any refund. When called customer care they behave rudely and told me that refund has already been done. If not refunded then told me to send a copy of my passbook. When i did that they are telling me to wait for 10 days more.
