Booking a self drive car with mychoize was very easy. I have booked the car using app. After completing the trip, I returned the car without any damage and got my refund on time.

Very bad experience. We were overcharged for fuel and some additional charges were charged that were not mentioned at the time of booking. Customer care did not even respond to our email.

Worst exp ever

I booked KUV 29 may to 1 June and i return my car at time. according to their policy they return deposit money within 5 to 7 working days now today is 10th day but i did not get my refundable money. I mail then twice firstly they told me that they send money on 4th June but today is 11 and no money is come in my account and again i mail them so they did not answered. i will see two more day after that i will take legal action against them. My suggestion don't book car from my choize . Very bad experience from my side.

While taking the car, the car was not at all washed, asked them the same the response "Take it and go" . Did not want to spoil my trip so took it and went ahead with it.
2) When asked for other state tax they clearly mentioned that if its less then one week duration which was paid by customer it is not refundable if its more then a week 80% will be refunded. Got this information and started with the trip, had to pay AP tax for 3 months. After returning the car wanted to talk to them and asked for the car papers with the security guard his response "For what you need it your trip is over" , informed him that i have to talk to people who told me about the tax he gave them with ugly gestures. Finally went and spoke to the people who provided the information now they tell that its not refundable and its in the terms and conditions. As them to show the point and no one knew where it was in the agreement and made us wait for 30 minutes to search it , but in vain. And a rude guy asked to go home and read them and it will be there somewhere.

Why they they inform that if its more then a week it will be refunded in the first place and waste my time and face this horrible experience.

Asked them when can i get the invoice, they informed it will be sent by tomorrow. Waited for a day and sent an email to them, a person YV SUBBAROA , informed that it will sent be Thursday 10/05/2018, still did not receive it and sent couple of emails no response from selfdrive@blah blah blah their common email id

Called thier 24x7 line , i asked for invoice and they are informing me about the time taken to refund the security amount. Could not figure out if i was talking wrong or if they could not understand the word invoice/bill.
Later they informed 3-5 business days. Asked them why did MR YSSUBBA RAO Manager sent an email stating it will be done by 10/05/2018, their response he is not aware of it. A manager who is not aware of the SLA'S wow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will use their service again?? NEVER!!!!! ZOOMCAR is the best though its costly the service is far ahead
